Benvenuti! Casa Santo Stefano is a new Sicilian restaurant from the Gonzmart family, owners of the Columbia Restaurant Group. The lunch and dinner menus feature maccheroni (pasta), steaks, seafood, scacciata, salads, soups, desserts and hundreds of Sicilian wines. Curbside takeout is available by calling the main phone number. The rooftop Santo's Drinkeria also is open.

We had heard Ciro Mancini was back in Tampa and couldn’t wait to try this restaurant for the 1st time. It does not disappoint! It’s beautiful inside & out at the rooftop bar! The food was fantastic and service was great too! Highly recommend! Ybor city is an eclectic area and this restaurant is a great addition to the area!

My experience was almost perfect . Our server Kimron was extremely attentive and pleasant. He gave our experience the magic touch!! My only complaint is that the restaurant had a private event on the rooftop. However, the elevator didn’t have a sign with this information. I went to see the rooftop with my 83 y/o mom to be told we couldn’t be there. It was not a good feeling at all.

It is a pricey restaurant. The appetizers and desserts are especially expensive. However, overall, it is a great place.

We went there for our wedding anniversary. Everything was perfect, from the ambiance to the food to the service. Loved the decor. I was born in Ybor City and the experience took me back to my childhood. We will be back often!

The sangria was DELICIOUS, but I feel like the food could have been better. I was definitely left underwhelmed with the food for the price I paid for it. Service was great though, have nothing to complain about there!

So enjoy going to Casa Santo if I have any suggestion or the only reason I gave food a 4-star rating is the coffee is always cold. We love to enjoy a cup of coffee after our wonderful meal but the coffee is always served cold.

Food was amazing, highly recommend the buratta! Service was great and our server was attentive and gave us great wine recommendations! We went to the rooftop for a drink before dinner and that was great as well. The only hiccup we had was having a reservation at 645 and not being seated until 715.

Our server Sarah was absolutely amazing. Great recommendations on the food and especially pleasant. We were visiting from Texas and had some other poor dining experiences. Sarah redeemed the Tampa dining scene with her excellent customer service.

My husband and I dined here last night to celebrate his promotion at work. Our table wasn’t quite ready when we arrived so we sat at the bar. The bartender was so knowledgeable and gave great drink suggestions. We were seated at our table about 30 minutes past our reservation time but we were enjoying ourselves at the bar so much that we didn’t mind at all. Our server was so attentive and let us take our time. So many other places we have gone, we have felt rushed through our meal so the restaurant can turn over the table. At Casa Santo Stefano, it seemed that it was almost expected that we take our time between courses! This was so refreshing! We started with the meatballs and a tomato and cheese salad that were both amazing. For our entrees, I had the Frutti Di Mar and my husband had the lasagna. Both dishes were delicious and the portions were incredible! I wanted to keep eating but also wanted to save room for dessert so we boxed our leftovers. For dessert, I had the Tiramisu and he had the chocolate gelato. Neither disappointed. Their espresso martini is one of the best I have ever had! I would highly recommend Casa Santo Stefano and we most definitely will be back!

Delicious food with a great wine list. Caitlin, our waitress, was attentive, professional and did a great job! The focaccia is light and airy, meatballs and arrancini appetizers delicious and grouper and pastas main dishes were cooked perfectly. Beautiful atmosphere!

The rice balls were AMAZING! salads were fresh. Two of us had the spaghetti and meatballs. Pasta was too Al Dente. I had the pasta with eggplant. The eggplant was not peeled and was tough, bitter and uneatable. The waitress didn’t check back until we were almost done. I shared chicken Marsala with a friend and it was delicious and more than enough. The potatoes could have used salt, and there was none on the table. The manager came over and was lovely. He took off the eggplant and offered another meal. Would definitely give them another try.

The squid and calamari were cooked just right The black ink pasta was a great texture and taste. The food is enjoyable every time I come here. Even a casual lunch is a dining experience.
