The best part of the restaurant were the tortillas and some of the charming staff. The steak fajitas were cold, chewy and overcooked, and only served with rice and beans, nothing bright and fresh which was much needed. Two tables with kids were allowed to play their video games so loud another table moved to get away from them. We left without finishing our meals. Not the experience I was hoping for. Maybe if we had stayed for the show it would be worth the inflated prices.

I didn’t realize that we were about to have dinner and a show! If you are looking for something out of the ordinary, Mariachi does not accurately describe this experience. I’m from Southern California and I’ve seen my share of strolling tip-driven mariachis. This was an amazing band, with several different singers and types of Mexican music. I’ll be back the next time I’m in town!!

We celebrated my parents 24 year anniversary here last night and we had such an amazing time . The food was delicious our server was super attentive and having valet parking is a plus especially on a rainy day. Definitely will come back

More of a Central American restaurant. Only thing here that was mexican was the mole. The mariachi band is what makes the money and what they have to pay by forcing the TIP on you. DO NOT try anything American like calamari what a joke and the Queso frito is a disaster. I would only come here if someone invites me here to enjoy the mariachi. This place is a BS JOKE. 1 star food but 3 for the music

This restaurant is a hidden gem on the west side of Los Angeles The decor is elegant and it is perfect for large parties or for a romantic date. We had our year end party here and I had a millionaire margarita that was life changing. Just delicious. The staff is friendly and the entertainment is superb. The owner comes to your table and greets you and makes you feel welcomed. I have to say everyone I take here loves the experience. I recommend the ceviche and the salmon. If you love mariachi music make sure u come on a show night. It’s a must see if u have family visiting Los Angeles

I had the Chile en Nogado which is uniquely flavorful and regional, as well as festive entree. Delicious! Also the Caesar salad was good but needs more dressing in my opinion. Chips and salsa are generous and refreshing. Fun atmosphere even without live music on a Monday evening. Service was excellent. Not busy Mondays.

I went on a date and everything seemed great until the end, when the server had told us the tips was included in the bill (mind you the noise level was high) so we got up to leave and the server came towards us as we were getting up and got the check book opened it and said “excuse me! Did you not like the service?” People around us were looking at us the tone he used was as if we were leaving not paying our bill, I got very upset because he embarrassed us In front of people, when we asked we thought he said it was included we apologized but he continued to say “No! It is not included” and left so my date all red because he was shy got his wallet and took a bill. I went to tell the server he was pretty rude about the situation and tip is optional he is still getting paid to do his job and should not be harassing customers or putting them in the spot like that. since the beginning when we got there the table was gonna be served by another guy but he took it from him.. I went back after a few weeks with my mom to celebrate her bday, this place is good but I hope not to see that guy again or get him as server. You earn your tip you don’t demand it. Food drinks and mariachi were excellent.

The service was outstanding! The live mariachi was 10/10! The food needs improvement, I tried a safe ribeye but was given a well done (ordered a medium rare) and very salty steak. The drinks were good but overpriced. When I saw average $18 per margarita, I was expecting one of those silly, oversized margarita goblets but it was a simple, regular sized cocktail cup! The feedback I heard from my dinner guests over their food was that it was not worth returning unless you’ll get dinner elsewhere. The calamari appetizer was Very fresh and I do recommend. I do not see the value of returning for dinner here I would rather recommend come for a drink and appetizers to share and save the overpriced menu for somewhere else.

First time at Casa Sanchez. It was a wonderful place with live Mariachis and a very large and delicious menu. A lot of Mexican restaurants are just tacos, burritos or Fajitas (and yes they have those options) but they have steaks, salmon, meats, poultry, Pork-Lots of options. The drinks are large and strong but the music is the most fun. We were the only 4-top in the place-everyone else were huge parties (10/12/20), which is more how the space is set up for.

The food was horrible. We were a party of 6 and no one enjoyed it. The cochinita pibil lacked flavor, the chicken on the mole was hard and chewy, the beans that came with the camarones a la diabla lacked so much salt and mostly flavor. The salsa they give you with the chips taste like they just pored it out of a can . Thank he tequila salmon was so dry. The drinks were good and the mariachi played nice. They asked me for the name of the person we were celebrating a total of 4 times because they said the mariachi would say her name when they sang las Mañanitas and when they went down the list they never mentioned her name so that was a bummer specially after they asked four times . The waiter was great. Don’t think we will be going back
