The food was phenomenal. Every dish we ordered was full of flavor and depths and layers of taste, flavor, texture. The mushrooms and Patatas Bravas were our favorite. The broth in the mussels was so good, we asked to ask for extra bread to soak up and devour it. The tres leches was divine with those pop rocks like a party in your mouth. Oh and the margaritas were well balanced and delicious with some tajin on that rim.

The service and the food was excellent. Came with another couple to celebrate our birthdays, the waitress brought out delicious meatballs compliments of the house and Michelle the manager came over to talk with us and served us the best gelato outside of Italy. I highly recommend this place.

Wonderful night to celebrate. For our anniversary we like to try places we haven’t visited in a while. Casa de Robles is a hidden treasure in Roswell! We were treated to a complementary flute of champagne for our Anniversary. All of our tapas and tacos were flavorful and delicious. The desserts were extraordinary including the Tres Leches cake topped with meringue and pop rocks! Inventive and festive. Make a point of exploring off Canton Street and visit Casa de Robles today!

Food was fantastic with a wide variety of choices. Recommend the piquillo peppers and bacon wrapped dates. One member in our party had many gluten free choices. Noise level inside a bit loud due to live music. Sat on patio which was fine if you have hearing issues.

Food was tasty except grilled vegetables were covered with too much sauce. Portions on Tapas plates were very small, smaller than usual for a tapas plate. Fish was ok, not great. Waitress only came to our table twice. Our first visit was in Jan23 and excellent. This visit was a little disappointing. Not the worst, but not the best.

Great selection of tapas and overall pretty good, but a couple of the dishes we tried, like the stuffed pequillo peppers and the enmoladas de pollo were just missing something; not bad, but not great. I would also have loved to see a bit larger selection for cocktails. Other than that, it was a nice atmosphere and the service was great!

Have dined at many of this group’s restaurant and they all have good food and service. We have been getting emails about Casa Robles for a number of month and decided to try it. It certainly was well worth it. What I thought was a nice touch, given this was our first time at the restaurant they gave us the Albondigas (small meatballs) which were excellent. The Guacamole with the flour chicharrones was a nice change from the usual local taqueria. We also tried the Empanadas, Spicy Mussels and Grilled Flank Steak. All very good and tasty. Also if you are a Bread Lover, give the Pan con Tomate a try!!

A few of my girlfriends and I gathered in the cozy covered patio section of the restaurant, eager to try out their delectable offerings. With a collective decision to indulge in a variety of dishes, we relished in sharing plates of Esquites street corn, crispy Patatas bravas, delectable Bacon wrapped dates, creamy croquetas, sizzling Parrillada Grill, and concluded with their tantalizing specialty dessert, which was a combination of Flan with chocolate cake. Each bite we savored was nothing short of perfection. Yet, as blissful as our dining experience was, one tiny flaw came in the form of the Sangria. It was disappointingly diluted due to an excessive amount of ice, robbing it of its flavor. Nonetheless, this minor setback didn't hinder us from thoroughly enjoying our evening. In fact, we unanimously agreed that we would gladly return for another extraordinary culinary adventure.

This was our first time at this restaurant, and we loved it. The food and ambiance were both fantastic. Our waitress Brie was incredible; and the live music was beautiful, and not too loud. We’ll definitely be back. A sad good-bye to “The Iberian Pig,” but an exciting hello to “Casa Robles.”

We are regulars with the sister restaurant Osteria Mattone ( our fav!) and we visited Casa Robles a few times since it opened and had a great experience. But the last visit was a bit disappointing for me personally in terms of the dish I ordered - I admit this time I was there for a beef cheek in particular, but mine came out dry and not nearly as delicious as it usually is. My guess, my slice was on top of the pot and did not simmer in juice enough. We had a super nice young waiter so I did not want to ruin his day and did not bring it up. It was our anniversary visit too, so I felt let down. I should add that other 2 portions of the same dish (my husband and son ordered it as well were tender and tasty). So it might now be a while before I am ready to come back. Otherwise, we had a nice time. Our waiter, Anthony was pleasant and attentive. Was lovely to have a live guitarist. The manager stopped by to ask if everything was all right, always a nice touch… Hope this was just a one time small Disappointment for me and next visit will be perfect in every way.

Love going to Casa Robles! The magaritas there are the best - I particularly like the tajin pineapple margarita. Don't knock it until you've tried it! It has a mildly spicy flavor that's not overly sweet at all and is so delicious. My husband prefers the standard version marg but the watermelon-flavored one is also very good. We really enjoy sitting at the bar, a nice happy hour menu, and Mariah and Lee take great care of us. You must order the guacamole, they make it to order and it's fresh and perfectly seasoned, a terrific starter. We also got the stewed beef tapas, melt in your mouth meat and root veggies, so good! We especially like the fried cod and the street corn. Lots of small plates to try, and if you have room, a bunch of fab desserts. I highly recommend CR!

Food was great, Abby was an incredibly efficient, observant server. Very reasonable. My only complaint was that the noise level on the outside patio was so loud we had trouble talking at our table. There were three tables that were very quiet, but unfortunately, there were two tables of young imbibing ladies who were basically screaming at each other (having fun), but making it very uncomfortable for the rest of us.

Good but not great. Great lovely ambience, food was good was just ok. Most items were lacking in flavor and seasoning. The stuffed dates were very good, the stuffed paquillo peppers were not. I will give it another chance because the atmosphere was so good. Ample onsite parking is a huge plus in Roswell.

Went for anniversary. Waiter brought 2 complimentary flute glasses of champagne. Not expected, but felt like they were celebrating with us. Place is so much fun. Easy to try different things and staff enjoy providing recommendations. Quickly becoming a new favorite.

We love taking our friends and family there because of the ambience and the food. The bacon wrapped dates are the best! The stuffed peppers had just the right tang to them too. Anthony, our server, was just right. When we arrived he allowed us to have sufficient time to order and was attentive during the meal without being overbearing. This is in our top 3 restaurants to attend and bring our friends.

Delightful meal. We enjoyed several tapas - the grouper and charcuterie were our favorites - and all was delicious. On a hot day, the popsicle cocktail was a welcome and refreshing drink! Also loved their version of tres leches to close out an excellent meal.

Best dish we had were the meatballs, so absolutely delicious!! Their guacamole was amazing, with these puff pinwheels that were fabulous. Did not enjoy the fried grouper served in a paper cone. Our server highly recommended, but it seemed to be pieces of the dark veining of the fish and therefore, very fishy tasting. My husband would not eat it. Our friends love the ham and cheese croquets, but they were too rich for me. Dates in bacon, wait and get them for desert, very savory sweet! We will go back and order a bit differently.

Thank you to RO for supporting our communty and doing a CDA fundraiser. Our friends enjoyed it so much. Great food, great service and the watermelon margaritas were amazing.

Amazing food! New customers get complimentary meatballs, which are melt-in-your-mouth delicious. Everything we ate (street corn, fried grouper, charcuterie plate, and bacon-wrapped dates) were heaven in the mouth. Service was friendly. We went late on a Saturday night but the place was still hopping with several large, drunk parties going on so if you're looking for a quiet date night this probably isn't the spot. But if you don't mind a lively atmosphere and you love superb tapas this is the place! Oh, and cocktails are strong. :)
