Created by Ivo Diaz, The Nomad and Eleven Madison Park mixologist, and resident abuela and Executive Chef Isbelis Diaz. Casa Ora is a family owned and operated Venezuelan-American Fine Dining restaurant located in East Williamsburg. We serve refined farm-to-table plates and modern cocktails.

We are focused on bringing the beauty and nature of Venezuela to New York City. In times of political injustice upon Venezuelans, Casa Ora is dedicated to donating a portion of profits to families forced to seek asylum due to lack of human rights resources such as food, clean water, and government protection.

    Outstanding food and decor, attention to detail and super ingredients and menu ingenuity. I visited the restaurant with my children/husband and we were all impressed. My only feedback is to speed the time to bring the food, it took a while.

    Service is far not as good as b4; food still great. Our water glasses empty for a while; 2 orders of empanadas, only got one green sauce, told out server, she said will bring one more but never came.

    It’s our 5-6th time eating here. Menu is slightly different from the last time we were there. Appetizers portions are a bit small, more tapas like but the flavors are incredible! Drinks, senor danger is our favorite. Love the scent and decor. Service was great. You are not rushed.

    I booked a reservation for 8:30 PM and arrived on time, only to be told my table was “getting ready” and that I should grab a drink at the bar while I waited. That wait turned into 45 minutes, during which I saw three parties who arrived after me get seated first. By the time I was finally seated, I was exhausted, frustrated, and honestly no longer in the mood to enjoy the experience. A reservation should mean something, and this definitely missed the mark.

    Excellent food. Paella and ceviche were delicious as was tomato salad which frankly could have used more tomatoes!
