   The cost of the pasta dishes (Ragu) didn’t really relate to the portion or quality of the meal. Heavy on sauce, light on meat. Service as with any Ritz restaurant was very good.

   We arrived for our 6:45 reservation at 6:30 (got mixed up - my bad) and were told to come back in 7 minutes despite the fact that there were plenty of tables. They sent us to the bar for watered down drinks. When we were seated, it was not closest to the beach view even though there were 4 beach front tables that went unseated the entire time (6:30/6:45 is sunset, so why not give those reservations the best sunset tables? Later diners won’t see the sunset anyway). It was like they were on a power trip to not give the best tables. Our server was lovely and I wish I remembered her name, as she should be hired for a permanent position. Food was not good. Prosciutto was basically deli ham, chicken parm was fine but like you’d get at any inexpensive Italian place (not thinly pounded, glob of cheese, sauce- meh) salad was ok (hard to mess up ceasar salad), meatballs- nothing special. Turn this restaurant into something with local cuisine- who needs crappy Italian in Turks? The location is lovely of course.

   Food was great but initial service not up to par for a Ritz restaurant. We arrived at 6:20 for a 6:30 reservation and were told by the hostess that they open at 6:30, so we needed to wait at the pool bar until 6:30 before coming back to the hostess stand. After being seated a little after 6:30, we waited at our table for a good 20 min until anyone acknowledged us, including the manager who walked by several times. When we were finally approached by a server, she apologized, so I did feel for her as I think she had multiple tables all seated at once. In any case, this is just not the standard you expect at at Ritz restaurant. On the plus side, after we ordered and finally received our food and drinks, we had a really great meal. All of our food was really great, and we were glad we stayed despite the rough start. They were also helpful in ensuring our food allergies were accommodated, which we very much appreciated.

   It was our second time at Casa Nonna. We had a wonderful evening. The food was delicious and the service impeccable. The outdoor setting was beautiful too.

   We had an excellent experience. The calamari was excellent as was the Burrata. The ravioli was very well prepared. Our server Violande was extremely attentive. So far our most memorable meal in Provo

    Absolutely delicious. We had a delightful server who made our dinner special including a surprise complimentary dessert. My Burrata and lobster linguini were amazing. My wife raved about her carpaccio and spaghetti with meatballs. Highly recommend this place.

    Greeted by friendly staff and checked on often. The food was wonderful and the outside seating was great. Would go again. Do yourself a favor and get the spumoni ice cream cake desert. It’s amazing

    I must say, I was happy to see that the friendliness and attention to good service still reigns at Nonna’s ! We were greeted and was thanked for returning then was escorted to a lovely table. Our server Lavonne was top notch! The food was delicious and came out hot and tasty. I had a Caesar Salad and Eggplant rollatini . My friend had a delicious fish dish…can’t remember exactly what she had as I was truly enjoying my meal. Compliments to the wine list! We definitely will return next year

    Very disappointed. Music was way too loud. Celebrated our 25 th wedding anniversary could not hear each other. Food was a huge disappointment. Pasta was dried out with no sauce. Never offered cheese for on top. Osso bucco was disgusting. No flavour and 95% fat no meat on it at all. My husband had gnocchi and it was a liquid bowl of disgusting mush ! The best part of the meal was the salad. Told waitress about food she just smiled and walked away. We did not bother to order desert.

    Awesome food and even more awesome staff. Frederico, Lavonne and Loraine are accommodating and knowledgeable. When in Grace Bay it’s a must for dinner. This more than made up for the awful meal we had at the BLT Steakhouse on Sunday.

    Beautiful setting. Food and drink were very expensive, which I suppose should be expected for a Ritz-Carlton. (The least expensive glass of wine was $22 for a wine we can buy back home for less than $16/bottle.) Salad, bruschetta and the crispy cracker-type bread were delicious. Pasta bolognese and spaghetti with tomatoes and basil were good, but very rich. I would guess they add butter and/or cream to their sauces. Service was excellent. We ate outside and a saxophone player for a small wedding party was perfect background music.

    We were celebrating a birthday and an anniversary. We were surprised with a delicious dessert plate in celebration. The wait staff were so attentive and the restaurant manager Frederico personally greeted us and the guests at all the tables. Overall a wonderful experience !

    We celebrated my husband’s birthday here just like last year. It was vey lovely with Angelique our server and the food was amazing. I had the butter nut squash ravioli which was so yummy but I could not finish it. Hubs has the Wild Boar pici pasta which he loves from our time in Italy. They recognized his birthday with a little cheesecake and ice cream which was very nice. We will be back to celebrate again next year.

    We arrived on a very windy and cold night. We had originally indicated we would prefer an outdoor table when we made the reservation days prior to that night. When we arrived, we asked for an indoor table but the restaurant could not/would not accommodate us. We tried sitting outside. But it was intolerable. At one point, the roof material above us flipped up from the wind and banged back down on the pergola above us. Needless to say, we felt it was time to leave. We told the hostess we were leaving and she knew why as we stated it was too cold and windy. To have the restaurant then claim to Open Table that we were a "no show" is completely disingenuous and inaccurate.

    The homemade pasta in my shrimp scampi was cooked wonderfully al dente and the dish was seasoned beautifully…. The complimentary bread crisps were unique and delicious! Service staff were extremely attentive…. Nothing is “cheap” on this island, so once you get past that, just appreciate a good dining experience. Ambiance and decor was elegant, ample indoor dining in the event of inclement weather. Would definitely recommend….. would also go so far as to recommend you enjoy a drink and appetizer in the hotel lounge next door before dinner….the view and ambiance there is wonderful as well.

    Little disappointed with foods.. Amazing service! Our waiter was extremely attentive and professional. Calamari. Cold and chewy tomatoes sauce was tasteless Carpaccio. Meat was sliced too tin compare to the amount of arugula lacof acidity Ceasars salad uneventful! Tagliatelle seafood was the only dish that was done properly. The seafood was tender, pasta was perfectly cook and full of flavor Filet was cook medium rare at my request but I find it chewy probably choice grade I would imagine with that kind of price to be a last prime grade We skip dessert. Like the ambiance and music. But on a positive note this restaurant was on the best on this island.

    Staff very nice and attentive. The ambiance very nice. Food good, just wish they had a few more selections such as a vodka sauce pasta and complementary bread with the meal, but definitely and enjoyable experience that we recommend. By the way, the sushi at the Ritz is fabulous!

    Person serving bottled water didn't know if he was serving still or sparkling water. Had pasta dishes, when served asked for grated cheese & chilly peppers to put over too didn't come until meals were almost finished eating. Paying those high prices expect service to just be impeccable, which is definitely is not.

    New Years dinner at the Ritz was a disappointment from the start. We were seated late for our reservation. The fixed menu was brought out in courses that took too long from kitchen to table. While the presentation of the food was well done, the food itself did not live up to expectations. Despite this lack luster performance, they made sure to put a price tag on it that one would expect when dining at a Ritz establishment.
