   No respetaron la hora de la Reserva. Esperamos una hora para que nos den la mesa. Pocos meseros para atender Tantas mesas. El ambiente bueno y la comida muy buena. Una vez que tomaron el Pedido si salieron los platos rápido

   If you act as you are a top restaurant you cannot let your guests with a reservation wait almost 1 hour to be seated . Almost 50 persons waiting with us , everyone very disappointed but the staff didn’t care ! They said that you know , the restaurant is so popular …. I guess for how long with this behavior !!

   Great place and 10/10 food quality! The service was great and music was amazing. If you’ll like to go for a great experience I would totally recommend Casa Neos.

   The service was absolutely appalling. The waiter brought drinks for everyone at the table, except one person. We checked on her drinks multiple times and 45 minutes later she still had not received her drink. They then informed us that her drink was sold out. She asked for something different and that one was also sold out. She then selected a vodka Mojito, which took another 20 minutes to come. Nobody including the manager apologized to us once. The server was very inattentive because the service is included on the bill.

   Our server for the night Joseline is the best… Positive vibes positive attitude great and she was always checking in on our group making sure we were okay. I would definitely recommend CASA NEOS if you come to Miami, it’s worth it!

   If you want to just have a nice dinner, don't go on the weekends, because is a PARTY! Don't have many restrooms, and is a HUGE LINE to use bathrooms! If you like to party, that's the place! Or after 19:30PM that stars to be more quiet. Nice food, and nice service!

   I have been few times and it is def an amazing ambience for a good time with a group on Sunday Brunch but they need to work on their service from the kitchen because it did happen more than one time that some dishes came over 30 min after the main meal from other guest. Food is good

   My friends and I had a wonderful time enjoying the delicious brunch menu! We did find it a bit funny when we discovered that small bottles of Evian (that we didn’t ask for) were $10 each, which added up quickly for our large group. Although the food took a little longer to arrive than expected (even our server seemed a bit flustered), we appreciated the complimentary bread to kick things off. On the bright side, our server was super friendly, and the lively music really set a great vibe for our brunch!

    The decor and vibe is superb. But I was not impressed with the service . We order two steaks and they keep getting it wrong ( on the third time it was finally cooked perfectly) the order of drinks were forgotten so many times. We were told the steak order would be on the house as well as the drink that was forgotten but it was not. For the price of food you expect much more. We were not happy.
