   Honestly, I’ve never had an experience like this before — and I truly hope I never will again. We had a reservation for 10:30 PM and arrived slightly early, at 10:25 PM. However, we were told our table wasn’t ready and were asked to wait. I’ve never seen such poor organization. We waited until 11:00 PM — over 30 minutes! It was only after I approached the reception for the third time and expressed how unacceptable it was to keep guests waiting this long — especially when the restaurant has a strict policy of canceling reservations if guests are more than 15 minutes late — that we were finally seated. After standing at the entrance in heels for half an hour, no food or level of service could salvage the experience. That said, the food was truly delicious — especially the branzino. Thankfully, it didn’t take long to arrive, and it was prepared quickly and perfectly. Our server was also excellent: professional, attentive, and very kind, which added a much-needed positive touch to the evening.

   The food and ambiance was great! We ordered the truffle arancini, truffle hamachi maki, salmon crudo, and the truffle pasta. Everything was delicious and we will definitely be back!

   Loved our experience at Casa Neos for my best friends bachelorette! The entire experience, from the ambience to the service and the food and the drinks was amazing! Highly recommend!

   I absolutely love everything about Casa Neos! The atmosphere is incredible—elegant, warm, and full of good energy. We had dinner after a sunset party, and it was an unforgettable experience. We tried the pasta, and it was beyond amazing—definitely one of the best I’ve ever had. Honestly, I’m not sure what else to say except that this place has become my favorite. Casa Neos has that special something.

   We arrived a few minutes late, and the hostess refused to honor our reservation without so much as a blink and we called to inform them we were running behind. Naturally, we had to escalate to a manager, because nothing says "fine dining" like negotiating for your table like it’s a hostage situation. Three hours later, we were finally seated. The food was passable. The service, on the other hand, was impressively bad. While waiting, we attempted to get drinks at the bar, which was another traumatizing experience. Think overcrowded chaos with zero organization and even less interest from the bartenders. To top it off, after dinner, a server appeared with a random sorbet and let us know it was “on the house” because no one else had touched it. Nothing quite says “we value you” like being offered rejected dessert.

   Overall ambiance, food and music is consistent as our last visits. Had a reservation but table took over an hour to get…. Having rainy day is expected in Miami should not be the reason why a reservation would be a wait for over an hour and a half over resy time.
