    Second time at casa neos and it never disappoints, I will say whiskey beat was a little empty but other then that will always come back!

    The food was excellent. Now the service (only the waiter) was terrible. He seems to be in a rush all the time. He was taking the order and at the same time talking to someone else. Like I said before it seems like he was in a rush. He never checked up on us while we were dining. It seems like he wanted us to eat and leave right away, so he can have another table. We spent over $700 for just two people and I belive the service should be so much better. Again the food was excellent.

    We really had a great time. Ambiance, food (fish amazing), music, service top notch (forgot our server's name but she was fabulous). We sat outside and had a perfect view of the Miami River until a 90 foot yacht docked and blocked our view. That really sucked. It was also very hot that night and there were no fans. With those minor inconveniences I would go back in a heartbeat.

    I have to say, after our visit last night, I am very disappointed by the way my wife and I were spoken to in an elitist fashion by the management when we inquired about the breakdown of our bill. When I asked to have the service charge policies explained, the manager spoke down to me saying that the establishment “is not a McDonalds.” How ridiculous. You people must have zero notion of hospitality or awareness of who your clientele might be. Shockingly expensive for what it is, honestly--3 plates of fish, a champagne, 2 vegetable sides, 2 salads and 3 cocktails for two couples for $917. With the habitual, non-negotiable Brickell 20% forced service charge, even when the service was insulting, just to add salt on the wound. If we actually went to the Mediterranean to spend this kind of money, we'd be in a 3-star Michelin having one of the best meals of our lives. Unfortunately with the way things are, as a 16-year veteran of the food and beverage space, and a former restaurant owner myself, I can’t recommend Casa Neos to friends or colleagues. Just another arrogant establishment in Miami focused on ego and superficial ambience as opposed to culinary quality or service experience. I hope you take this feedback into consideration with your next guests.

    Absolutely loved the experience at Casa Neos. The restaurant is absolutely beautiful. The tables are a bit close together is my only complaint. Our server was really great and knowledgeable about the menu. Delicious food and great music. The frozen coconut desert is so insane must try if you go!

    Money making orientated. Nothing wrong with it but to feel like you’re one number that needs to be addressed as fast as possible because it’s in and out, that’s a different feeling. The bodyguards all rude, arrogant and looking down at people … I love Mila and was so very much looking forward to trying Casa Neos but in all honesty, once was more than enough
