About Casa Mission - Cozumel

Casa Mission - Cozumel Ratings and Reviews
We came back to Casa Mission after 21 months in our next trip to Cozumel. We were celebrating our Brother in law birthday and we were a group of 9. We loved it the first time and were not disappointed the second. We would recommend Casa Mission to anyone who wants a high quality meal in a traditional hacienda.
I've been to Casa Mission 3x between 2009 and 2017... in my opinion, it has become a bit relaxed in its presentation and it's urgency to impress. It is still a noteworthy fine dining, Mexican venue. Perhaps they are riding the notoriety and have become a little sloppy. Not terribly sloppy... Just a little. Food was very good. Ambiance is still very good. Mariachi band is excellent :)
We absolutely loved Casa Mission. The staff really made us feel special on our date there. the ambiance of the restaurant was something unforgettable. What really stood out was the food. the bacon wrapped shrimp and the surf-n-turf were magical. This place alone would make us return to Cozumel. I hope you try it, we were glad we did.
Casa Mission was a wonderful dining experience. My friends and I were in Cozumel for a week and ended our trip with dinner at Casa Mission as well as a tequila tasting. Everyone was so friendly, the location of the restaurant was gorgeous, and the food was amazing. The prices also could not be beat. Fresh lobster, fish, and shrimp for low costs! We also got to enjoy the making of 'sexy coffees', which was a big presentation. I would highly recommend Casa Mission to anyone traveling to Cozumel as it will be your most favorite stop!
How do these folks put out a seafood combo-- including shrimp and a nice size lobster tail -- for $18? A deal like this, I didn't get before. Nice dining in old building which has (per our cab driver) a "colorful history" involving...colorful folks. But at the very least, a good dinner & you won't have to peso much (see what I did there?)
One of the best places to eat on the island. We always have at least 1 or 2 dinners there during our stay here. Fantastic seafood, stout margaritas, and a bargain at twice the price. We have noticed that a lot of restaurants are beginning to have a "mainland" trend for atmosphere and menu choices...I hope this one stays exactly like it is!
I simply love this restaurant. Visit it every time I visit Cozumel. The staff is friendly and attentive. Margaritas are fabulous. Food is delicious! Love the grounds...absolutely beautiful. The owners are wonderful. If a coffee drinker, order the "Sexy Coffee". You're in for a treat.
We've spent many weeks visiting Cozumel and dine out every night so we've become very acquinted with the many dining choices. There are several good venues on Cozumel but our favorite for a variety of reasons is Casa Mission. In fact we like Casa Mission so well we dined there 4 times during our most recent 2 weeks on the island. Can't give it a better recommendation than that.
We went out for dinner with my friend and both had the surf and turf which was recommended to my by another friend. The lobster was a bit bland and the steak a bit chewy. The sides was great and the steak cooked as ordered. The service was great, fast, everyone was very attentive. First,We needed 5 more minutes to choose and only had to hail a waiter 30 min later. Our fault I guess, to have so much to talk about! Average overall and overpriced for what you get.
The atmosphere is outstanding though
