Service needs to be a little more attentive to make sure if people need more of anything versus the customer having to ask at all times for the server to bring more chips and salsa and to get another drink.

I had the WORST experience at Casa Margarita. It was my first time dining there and I went with a group of coworkers, the hostess in the front was very nice and welcoming but unfortunately that’s where the positive aspects of this visit ended. The service was so slow and inattentive, we waited 20 minutes before the waitress took our order (we were maybe one of 4 other tables in the entire restaurant), when the food and drinks came it looked and tasted like food that had been sitting out on a steam table in the kitchen for hours. The steak especially was dry, tasteless, and tough. I paid over $15 for a steak quesadilla that was the equivalent of leather glued together with cheap cheese...Anyways, I had to leave earlier than my coworkers and asked the waitress for my check, after 15 minutes of waiting for the check I got up and went to to register and she said that the manager needed to come swipe his card for her to split the check. First of all, we told her it was separate checks from the start so why did she add everything on once check? Second, why was the RESTAURANT MANAGER off somewhere where none of his staff could find him for 15 minutes? Ridiculous. Instead of creating another check, she just calculated my total on a piece of paper and charged my card lol. It made me late to my next appointment and was the final straw to deciding to never go back to Casa Margarita.

It was good! We were attended to quickly. Our waiter was very polite. It wasn’t crowded so our food came out VERY fast! The taste of the food/margarita was only okay. The fajita was way too hot (temp), but once it got to a place where I could taste it the flavor just wasn’t there. The margaritas were okay at best. The service was great though!
