   My reservation for my birthday was canceled the day before without any notice or reasoning. When I called the restaurant to find out what happened, an extremely rude man picked up with his dog barking in the background and blamed me for "not responding" - I never got any calls, emails, or follow ups from the restaurant - only the cancellation. When I asked him to rebook the 7:30 original slot for us, he gave me a hard time, yelled at me in a nasty attitude & then told me he could only do 8pm. I agreed though at that point I didn't even want to go there anymore. I ended up having to call back to even get an email confirmation. After reading similar stories & horrible reviews about wait times even with reservations, I decided to cancel. I didn't want my night to be ruined since restaurants now close at 10 due to Covid and we would have been out of luck finding another spot for 6 people that late. They should consider better management and being nicer to potential customers. Businesses are hurting & we are trying to give back, but now my friends don't even want to dine at Casa La Femme because of this experience.

   Great experience. Fantastic food. Know your options and that you can order a la carte. Waiter/waitress will try to up-sell you to do a pre fixe meal which you don’t have to do.

   We made reservations for NYE, and not knowing what to expect given COVID-19, we were pleasantly surprised. Not only was the restaurant extremely equipped to accommodate guests safely, they went above and beyond to create an outdoor oasis that was comfortable (heat lamps) and gorgeously decorated. The menu for the evening was a pre fix and it was not only delicious but also plentiful. I’d highly recommend this spot! It was a dining pleasure!!

   The manager was very welcoming. We were cold and he moved us to a table with a heater right on top and even added two portable heaters. The food was good too. But the service wasn’t very good. The waitress pushed us to order more food than we wanted, insisting on main courses instead of small plates. And the only gratuity options were starting at 20%.

   Worst service I ever had in an nyc restaurant. Waited 1h in the cold just to be seated, without even an apology, NOTHING. They had to ask for people to leave to give us seats. Also, They never showed us the receipt at the end and we were overcharged. Don’t go there!!! The plates are definitely too small.

   The place is beautiful for inside and outside dining. The service was not up to par with the expense of the meal. Food was good, but, again, very pricey. It was a special occasion and I was glad to be there, but questioned the cost vs, was you get/ service.

   Casa La Femme is an amazing restaurant with great service. The ambiance, with food to match, who could resist! Thank you for making my birthday so special. This is the second time I attended and definitely not the last. Thank you, Casa La Femme!
