   Not very welcoming upon arrival. We were asked if we had booked via groupon, when we replied no we were told ‘well you have to pay full price then’ . Tried to order desert but told no because the kitchen had closed. The manager eventually overturned this but then they didn’t have what I wanted to order anyway. All in all a rather disappointing experience.

   We had a voucher from Groupon and when we presented it to someone, who later identified themselves as the manager, they became very angry. Flinging their arms about, saying that the company who organise the Groupon keep doing this, they don't honour vouchers on valentine's day, before storming off. We were very upset as this was not the case when booking, do decided to leave. Before leaving I suggested maybe the manager needed to retrain in customer service, he then subjected me to a barrage of abuse which confirmed why we will never be dining at this establishment!

   We made a booking, turned up at the restaurant to be told they are closed, so we had to find somewhere else to eat, even later on it said there were still bookings available, a completely spoilt evening and a waste of time, do not give these people your custom

   Considering it was closed but still allowed to book a reservation i'd say it was poor

   Delicious food, friendly staff especially the owner, lovely atmosphere, great location and good value meal.

   Nice basic food overall. There wasn't much of a selection on the buffet side of things but it was all very tasty nonetheless.

   Absolute fantastic Night had at this restaurant, From the minute of walking in to paying the bill the service was really good. Lots of choice to eat and food was piping hot and constantly topped up and monitored.

    Nice to sit at bar and have a drink before meal. Manager and staff friendly and attentive even though the restaurant was full. Excellent range of food (salads, pasta, potatoes, veg). All hot and restocked regularly. Would definitely recommend.
