Casa Enrique Ratings and Reviews
Still trying to figure out why the restaurant has a Michelin Star. The restaurant is very small, not very decorative. Plain white walls. The food wasn’t very flavorful and the white sangria wasn’t anything to speak of.
I was disappointed with the entire experience. Wouldn’t go back.
Amazing high quality of ingredients create authentic Mexican flavors. Chilaquiles rojos are not for everyone though: its spiciness is only for advanced chili lovers. Fabulous and creative presentation of dishes should not distract from the profound seek of perfection in traditional millennial heritage, which is respected in every detail.
The service was quite attentive. I love it when the whole team sees the needs individual tables of the whole restaurant. I was aware of who my server was, and he was very attentive, but we had many other servers fill our waters while, presumably, he was filling out other table’s. (This is a good thing.) The food was bursting with flavor. The decor is simply but meticulously done. I very great experience. This is my second time here but my first for brunch.
Loved our dishes and the service was wonderful. We happened to hit a weeknight with two big
groups so the noise level was very high. This is probably unusual but it made for some screaming conversation. Otherwise, really love the place!
Simply put, amazing. My first time dining at a Michialin Star restaurant and wow am I impressed. We went for brunch and spared no expense and the bill was still only 100 after a 20+% tip. Any foodie needs to find their way to Casa Enrique. They don’t award a Star for service but if they did this place would have one or two. Very pleased
Location was super easy and making a reservation was no problem. Our drinks were delicious (I got the tamarind margarita and my husband got the media luna). The guac, while a bit overpriced, was still great and came with warm, hearty tortillas. I now know that I am not a mole fan, but the meal was good. My husbands ribs were tasty but really salty. Splurged on two desserts, the tres leches cake was amazing - we liked the mexican chocolate pudding but wouldn't order again. Overall - for apps, drinks, and dessert, this place is a hit.
this place was outstanding,it was busy but not to noisy and the food came a lot quicker than expected.the appetizers and entrees all seemed to come out at perfect timing one after the other even though the place was really busy.the food was also of very good quality and was perfectly hot.next time we'll try the drink specials.
thank you casa enrique
