Food was amazing. There was an altercation among other patrons.
Great food! Okay service - forgot an item...took a while to take our drink order and only brought 1 water glass? My biggest pet peeve - clearing the table when one person is still eating -ugh! But overall food was amazing and a great meal
Absolutely delicious food in a great atmosphere. This LIC gem is not to be missed
Riquísima comida mexicana 100% auténtica
Loved everything about dining at Casa Enrique from the service to the main dish. I love coming back for a date night with my boyfriend and it is just as good as the first time if not better.
Worst experience at Casa Enrique in 3 years going there
Delicious food, impeccable service. We were celebrating a big birthday and we never once had to look for our server, but he was not intrusive. Loved everything. Can’t wait to bring my hubby.
Best traditional Mexican restaurant I've been to. Worth a trip to LIC
This place has the best guacamole and the crab tostadas are insane!
I love it here but there is very limited fish options , its heavy on the meat so it was hard to have a large selection for non-chicken/red meat eaters. Other than that though everything tasted amazing and drinks were awesome
Beautiful spot to host an intimate bday brunch! Service was top notch and food was excellent. We love coming to Casa Enrique.
Still trying to figure out why the restaurant has a Michelin Star. The restaurant is very small, not very decorative. Plain white walls. The food wasn’t very flavorful and the white sangria wasn’t anything to speak of.
I was disappointed with the entire experience. Wouldn’t go back.
Amazing high quality of ingredients create authentic Mexican flavors. Chilaquiles rojos are not for everyone though: its spiciness is only for advanced chili lovers. Fabulous and creative presentation of dishes should not distract from the profound seek of perfection in traditional millennial heritage, which is respected in every detail.
Very tasty ceviche. Creative cocktails. Authentic mexivybevetages. Nicely balanced green enchiladas. Very smooth flan. Staff was all top notch.
The service was quite attentive. I love it when the whole team sees the needs individual tables of the whole restaurant. I was aware of who my server was, and he was very attentive, but we had many other servers fill our waters while, presumably, he was filling out other table’s. (This is a good thing.) The food was bursting with flavor. The decor is simply but meticulously done. I very great experience. This is my second time here but my first for brunch.
Excellent and would definitely go back. The menu could use some vegetarian options though.
Casa Enrique offers delicious food at a reasonable price! The staff is extremely friendly and attentive.
Loved our dishes and the service was wonderful. We happened to hit a weeknight with two big
groups so the noise level was very high. This is probably unusual but it made for some screaming conversation. Otherwise, really love the place!
Great! Birthday brunch for 5. Great food, service, and ambiance.
Great restaurant, reasonably priced. Tacos were good, the steak ones were the best of the 4 meats. The meatballs were a bit chewy for my liking, but the sauce they came in was really good. Was hoping that came out first. Overall, great experience
I am mexican and I can say that Casa Enrique serves very good authentic Mexican food for a reasonable price. The "sopecitos de chorizo" are excellente. My only complain would be the Michelada.
We were really surprise with this place. Not much fuss on the outside, but nice and modern inside.
Service was great and food was super tasty.
Will definitely go back
Simply delicious in a comfortable, unassuming place.
Muy buen restaurante, buen servicio y buena comida...
Best brunch in town! Thanks Lorenzo!!!
Simply put, amazing. My first time dining at a Michialin Star restaurant and wow am I impressed. We went for brunch and spared no expense and the bill was still only 100 after a 20+% tip. Any foodie needs to find their way to Casa Enrique. They don’t award a Star for service but if they did this place would have one or two. Very pleased
Location was super easy and making a reservation was no problem. Our drinks were delicious (I got the tamarind margarita and my husband got the media luna). The guac, while a bit overpriced, was still great and came with warm, hearty tortillas. I now know that I am not a mole fan, but the meal was good. My husbands ribs were tasty but really salty. Splurged on two desserts, the tres leches cake was amazing - we liked the mexican chocolate pudding but wouldn't order again. Overall - for apps, drinks, and dessert, this place is a hit.
Food atmosphere and good prices. Although the food was okay it was a small disappointment as we had higher expectations given the Michelin rating. Very good drinks and service.
