We visited in May and had a lovely experience overall. We sat outside and really enjoyed the beautiful weather. The food was very good, and great drinks. Service was excellent—friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome throughout. There was live music during our visit, which unfortunately didn’t quite hit the mark. It was much too loud for the setting, and the performance felt a bit forced. It slightly took away from the otherwise relaxed and enjoyable ambiance. Still, Casa Don Rodrigo is a charming spot with solid food and great service—worth a visit if you're in the area, especially if you can snag a patio table on a nice evening.

We throughly enjoyed our dinner at Casa Don Rodrigo. The service was amazing! The atmosphere is beautiful. There was a woman playing the saxophone. That really added to the charm! I had the Mahi Mahi and my husband had the fettuccine with lobster tail. We will definitely be returning.

Lovely picturesque spot with lights in the trees above and a lovely breeze as we ate our great dinner outside. A mariachi band wandered through and serenaded us.

Always wonderful food! The popular dishes in my group this time were the super fresh catch of the day (sea bass I think) and the most amazing pasta, tossed up inside a block of their house made cheese, and finished with Parmesan. Unbelievably delicious! One added the shrimp and the other 2 ate as is. Happy happy carbs!!! Great live music! I go to Don Rodrigo at least once every time I am here. It is my go to.

Excellent food and generous portion sizes. We were tucked in a corner table, so sometimes difficult to flag down a waiter. But overall good service.

We left the restuarant shortly after arriving. The place was rundown and the chairs were dirty...not an appealing place to dine. Their upscale pricing doesn't reflect the condition of the restuarant. Very disappointing.
