    Beautiful restaurant with excellent foods. Tables are nicely distanced. No crowded feeling and not intrusive. The restaurant did not validate the parking g though.

    Throughly enjoyed our experience at Casa Don Alphonso. The restaurant is gorgeous and the atmosphere is truly a special experience. The bread was absolutely delicious and our meals were cooked to perfection. Sebastian was our waiter and he could not have been more attentive.

    This was the second year I had my birthday dinner at Casa Don Alfonso and yet again, I was highly impressed with the service and atmosphere. I had one of the same waiters as last year (Paul) and he made the evening very special and even remembered me from last year. I will continue to recommend and visit the spot for the impeccable hospitality.

    We enjoyed a lovely dinner last night. The lobster beignets were amazing! I always order Lasagna and I was not disappointed. I think our server was Elaine and she was wonderful. Afterwards we listened to music in the bar, perfect night!

    Food was decent. Nothing amazing. Ambiance was very nice, as it’s a beautiful restaurant. But service is terrible. Hostess was rude and unwelcoming. Morning of Thanksgiving we were just looking to get a hot coffee and was turned away rudely by hostess. Told us no child could sit at the bar while we order coffee to go, meanwhile we walked in the next day and sure enough kids were at the bar. Then that morning we had breakfast there they brought our party of 5 to a 4 seat table and attempted to seat us, we had to tell the hostess multiple times there are 5 of us and not 4. It took another 20 mins for them to find us a table, this is while we had made a reservation a month before. Then once seated it took another 20 mins just to have a server come to the table and then finally get us waters. The restaurant, while beautiful, doesn’t match up to the service that the ritz offers. I’d skip this one.

    We enjoyed the Thanksgiving Brunch at Casa Don Alfonso. The restaurant is beautiful. The servers were very attentive! There was a nice selection of brunch type food items as well as the traditional Thanksgiving Dinner menu. The presentation was lovely! Overall the food was good but a bit bland.

    The food was good, but not what you would expect for the price and the hotel. Server didn’t know the menu and was less attentive than most average restaurants. It’s generally expected that restaurants in this price range have fresh parmigiano cheese and fresh grated pepper. The atmosphere was the best part of the nights experience, it’s beautiful, pleasant, quiet, roomy and brightly lit. Overall, the restaurant is mostly average. I cannot recommend or return here. I would expected the Ritz-Carlton to have a much higher caliber restaurant.

    The space was beautiful. Food was good. Not a huge variety in foods. It was more of a breakfast than brunch. My food was cold when it should have been hot. Drinks were expensive not included in the breakfast cost. Staff is friendly.

    I ordered the ravioli and it was cold and hardly any sauce. It was very bland and for the price it needs to be really good. 2 people had the dish special and said it was good but not fantastic. Another had the vegetable sandwich and it was ok. One had tomato soup. She said it was just ok. For the price it needs to be better. Staff is great and restaurant is beautiful

    This was a pretty disappointing experience. We have been here before and it was stellar; I don’t know what happened. Our service started off ok, but then we were ignored for at least 20 minutes. We had to go to the bar to get drinks after waiting and waiting. Then, we asked the waiter to pick our meal, based on his favorites, including wine pairings. He did it, but when we have done this before, usually the server tells us about the wine and the food he or she chose. We got none of that…just plates dropped in front of us and a later delivery of a glass of wine with no word about what it was or why it was chosen. We have even done this at THIS restaurant before when it first opened and it was amazing w the sommelier coming over and talking to us about the wine. None of that happened this time. With the price point of this restaurant, one would expect a great meal, wonderful experience. We won’t be back. There are several other fabulous restaurants in town that will be money better spent. So disappointing. 😞

    We were so well attended to and felt so welcomed by both Service and Kitchen staff. The freshly baked gluten free focaccia was an unexpected delight offered by the Chef, and our Server, Sebastian, took excellent care of us.

    Jose and her colleagues are absolutely outstanding! Just a fantastic brunch! Our family thoroughly enjoys the wide selection of delicious food items, specialty coffees (the blood marry is spectacular), and the atmosphere is simply divine.

    Don Alfanso is an excellent restaurant. The food is outstanding! The service is excellent. The ambiance is classical. The noise level was quiet, and the tables spaced far enough apart that you could carry on a conversation. TOP-Notch...Would go back in a "heart-beat"!!! BRAVO!!!

    WAY overpriced. Over $320 for 4 people. My wife and I split an appetizer, no one had dessert, two glasses of wine and 1 beer for the entire party. Ridiculous amount of money for this market. I would not go back.

    Juan and Paul were our Servers. The service was wonderful. It was our first time there, and Juan came up with great suggestions. We both started off with Wood Mushroom soup…….incredible. Husband had the Lasagna, I had the Lobster beignets. Which is an appetizer. There were 4 Beignets with a small green/pomegranate salad and dressing. The best I’ve ever had. I did not share one bite with the Husband, even though it was his birthday. Last we did share an Espresso Tiramisu. Again, so flavorful. Attention was paid but not overdone. They took great care of us.

    I have eaten here twice and each time I have felt transported. it is a truly special place. The food is prepared with such care. Every bite is an experience. The presentation is gorgeous. The service is attentive without being obtrusive. The owner, who is from Italy, stopped by several times to check in on us and his passion for the food and giving his patrons a taste of home is evident. We started by splitting the pea soup, which was magnificent. I can’t believe I’m going on about the splendors of pea soup but it was so enjoyable. I asked if they could bring us a side of the pizza dough to use as a bread, in addition to the lovely bread basket they brought. This was done with much delight, and a description of how the dough was fermented and allowed to rest. I had the classic grandmas ziti and my mom had a new special of beef ravioli with a ricotta sauce. We ended with dessert of profiteroles and gelato. This meal was plenty to eat for the two of us; in fact, I took a little bit of pasta home. Everything was perfection. It’s one of the few places where you can eat without shouting or feeling rushed at all. I left feeling like my mom and I had been on vacation.

    From the moment you walk in the room the ambience is beautiful. The good is just delicious. I’ve never had a bad meal there. Was able to make us a gluten free pizza which was so good. Staff was very personable and felt they really were taking the time to make your stay memorable.

    The food and service were amazing. Juan Pablo was our waiter and he is top notch. My wife got the lasagna and I had the NY Strip. Both meals were cooked to perfection
