Casa do Brasil is an upscale Brazilian Steakhouse in Waco, TX serving fire-roasted cuts of USDA Prime Aged Beef, Chicken, Lamb, Pork, and Shrimp served tableside by our Gaucho Chefs. Our Salad Bar features over 50 seasonal dishes including fresh vegetables, homemade salads, cured meats, imported cheeses, seafood, soup, and more!

Visit our Bar & Patio for Happy Hour specials and a la carte entrée dining. And every weekend we offer an unlimited brunch that is family-friendly!

The food was amazing. Be careful not to fill up on bread so you can enjoy how much meat will be served to you. We did, however, reserve for a 30th wedding anniversary, and yet, they set us in the noisiest and most crowded area of the restaurant. We noticed when leaving that there were plenty of other spots with a calmer, darker, quieter, and more private setting. We also never received 2 of the top-end meats advertised. So in summary. The basic chef's choice is plenty of food, with plenty of options, and there is no need to spend the extra $20 for the top-level experience. Especially because there is no guarantee that those will come your way.

The food was absolutely delicious. The staff was efficient and we were checked on repeatedly to make sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our dinner. The atmosphere was fantastic! They also have "Couples Tuesdays" and lunch specials in addition to brunch offers. We have eaten at several Brazilian restaurants before but this experience was hands down the best! We will definitely be back!

This is my favorite restaurant, they have been in Waco only a couple of months and I have been to the restaurant 4 times. I have had a great experience every time I've been there. The atmosphere, service, kind and attentive staff is just outstanding. I recommend everyone to try it and support this great establishment.

Definitely met our expectations. We’ve been to Brazilian steakhouses in DFW and San Antonio, casa do Brazil Waco definitely upheld the standards set by our previous experiences. The food was amazing. Staff was great and friendly. The inside is beautiful. So very thankful for a restaurant like this in Waco.

Requested a full experience did not receive. Only five types of meat was brought to the table. Had to ask for the pineapple three times before it was brought to the table. Salad bar was very, very good.

really great, I should have fasted earlier as i could not eat every meat that I ordered (15 choices!) The work staff were great but a couple had damp clothing and one had an overpowering cologne. But besides that we could smell and enjoy the food. The salad bar is amazing.

This restaurant has so much potential, however they will hound you while you eat to purchase shots. Do not come here if you are looking for a quiet enjoyable dining experience. There are table cards that you flip to green when you are ready for more servers to come with meat and red when you have plenty and need a minute. They don't pay attention to the cards and just hound you all through dinner including trying to get you to buy a shot of bourbon for $500. Food was for the most part good but salad bar lacked some jazz. Needs a refresh.

We paid for a full experience and NEVER saw all 15 meats. We sat for 10-15 minutes waiting on meat to be brought around between times. Kids did not get their drinks until after food had come. We had to continually ask for meat to be brought. This was all blamed-on lack of meat servers, but the way their restaurant is ran that should have been addressed long before they opened for business.
