                                                                                                                                                                        We visited on a Saturday evening and there were only a few tables that were full. It was great going to a restaurant on a Saturday and hardly anyone being there. First off, I’d like to mention how clean the facility was. There weren’t even water spots on the ice machine. The restaurant was immaculate. I definitely appreciated that! The ambiance seemed more like a sports bar restaurant though rather than a seafood restaurant with all of the TVs and sports playing on the speakers and TVs. The waitress was nice but got a few things incorrect. Maybe it was due to the loud sports playing. The prices are great and portions are good too. My jalapeño margarita was pretty good! The food was well cooked and very tasty. The fries were meh due to lack of seasoning. The seafood was well cooked and the batter was good. The crab cakes were not great but I prefer my crab cakes with chunks of crab rather than tiny shreds. The fried fish was excellent! The wings were well sauced and the flavor was great but they were a bit on the dry side. The kids loved their kid pasta and cheeseburger. The key lime pie was decent (the crust wasn’t that great) but I’ve had better from the grocery store. We would come back if we are in the mood for seafood but would likely request music as background noise instead of the loud sports. Even my hubby that enjoys sports commented how disappointing it was to have that as the background noise. I think the sports truly killed the vibe.
