   Every dish was loaded with flavor, creative and a real pleasure to experience; service was also outstanding, informative and extremely courteous. Only problem was not having a big enough appetite to taste everything that intrigued us. Looking forward to returning.

   The restaurant is beautiful and the staff is so lovely. Unfortunately the food wasn’t good. Don’t get the enchiladas, the guac was sub par, and the tres leches was not good.

   We had a wonderful experience at Casa Carmen last night. The staff was wonderful, the food was excellent as were the drinks. I am so happy that Casa Carmen opened in Flatiron. I will definitely be going here regularly from now on.

   One table nearby was way too loud and ruined the experience and atmosphere. The noise level was more like a sports bar than an actual nice restaurant. Food was ok. Not worth the price, I would say. Ambience and decor are beautiful, though.
