An amazing Italian-American eatery, Casa Calamari is one of the best Italian spots in Surfside Beach, SC. Always ready to treat our guests, Casa Calamari is a must-try restaurant in the Horry County area.
We offer a number of gourmet pizzas, excellent calzones & strombolis, and the authentic flavor bomb that is our pasta. There are so many great Italian choices with us and they're all worth a try. You'll definitely want to come back and have a little bit of everything!

this location is not to be missed. Do not let the exterior stop you from coming in. Great food, plentiful and great staff. We can't wait to visit every year on vacation.

Good selection of pasta, and pizza. The pasta is very good. Some of the salad dressings are homemade and the bread that comes with dinner is very tasty.

For a local Italian restaurant, we were very impressed with their food and service. Our pasta was cooked to perfection even though it was Angel Hair which is difficult to get just right as were our scallops and shrimp dishes. Our fried calamari was also deliciously prepared and very tender. Our server, Christian, did a great job and catered to our every request with a smile. I highly recommend Casa Calamari for a no frills, and modestly priced, Italian Restaurant in Surfside (Myrtle Beach, SC).

Everything was excellent! The food is always consistent and the service was very good. Friendly waitstaff is there when you need them but doesn’t bug you while you’re eating. The perfect blend. When you order a glass of wine you actually get a glass of wine, not just a splash.

Arrived at 5:50 and was promptly seated at a table that was reserved. The server brought us menus and took drink orders. When the drinks arrived, the server took our order for salads and because we were ready, he took our order meal orders. The salads came out soon and the meals came out soon after he cleared the salad dishes. The dinners were delicious.

If you’re looking for a restaurant that serves delicious Italian food, this is it! Not overly “fancy “, but clean , well decorated casual dining is what you’ll find.

Excellent service and the food was delicious. Looks like they’ve done some renovations with their seating which really made our table feel very private. We will definitely be back.
