This restaurant is so good, the people take your order so fast and the food is delicious

Took my lady to Casa Brasil for our XMAS Meal on the 24th...fair to say, we've been planning a return date ever since (too bad for the most recent Tier 3 move on Bristol)

I booked a table for my family online to celebrate my wife's birthday on December 13 at 7 pm and I got there and it was closed, I was not notified that it was closed or on the website and they didn't even call me to warn me, it was totally frustrating especially for my wife on your birthday

Drove over an hour to get there and was shut!

I had to drive for bloody 50 miles from Cardiff to get disappointed and also not have any food to eat

On the whole a very nice meal, but some of the meat cuts could have been nicer.

This is a fantastic restaurant with a great selection of food. The staff are extremely helpful and nothing is a problem for them. They are very accommodating and provide exceptional customer service. We will definitely be returning again ASAP.

Nice food and atmosphere, one member of staff excellent but generally a little cold and not very friendly. Sat by toilet door which wasn't the best but loved the concept. Would go again

Food was cold meat was chewy and over salted, only half the menu available, toilets dirty , and service was TERRIBLE waitress was really rude , kids menu not explained at all and for £101 is very bad I think , kept the door open so was a draft , couldn’t wait to leave

The food at best was tepid not hot at all. The menu stated a 10% forces discount and the impression this gives is a discount on the whole bill, but in fact was just on one meal, this is deceiving and wrong.
We will not be returning

Not much ambience (very bright) when we arrived at 6pm but once lights were dimmed it was lovely. Restaurant was full by 6.30pm and the service, food and cocktails were all fantastic. I would definitely go again !

Poor ambience, doesn’t seem like it would in the website. Staff were friendly but seemed unsure what they were doing. We only got cocktails but they didn’t arrive how they look in the menu and weren’t decorated at all, not that that’s the be all and end all! Things just seemed a bit dead inside but perhaps maybe it was just that night.
