   I've thrown two birthday parties here! The food is delicious, the cocktails are amazing and a great upbeat vibe and energy! The staff and service here is absolutely above and beyond. Caesar and Ana are amazing !

   The food was unbelievable but it doesn't compare to how wonderful the staff was--they were so patient and fun and welcoming and very attentive. They made you feel like you were the only people having dinner there. The bartender was also phenomenal and the drink are delicious. 100% would recommend the queso fundido.

   great service, food, and ambience. Came here on a Wednesday and Thursday. Wednesday is a bit more quiet and a good date night and Thursdays are live music and more of a party atmosphere. Great times both nights.

   We were off to a rough start from the beginning when I was refused to be sat with an incomplete party (a party of two) and I began to notice table after table of incomplete parties being sat before my boyfriend arrived. Once we were sat, the manager asked to move our table over a bit for a party of three and gave us a shot (which was very appreciated!) then that three top sat incomplete for the first half of our meal. The food was very good, though admittedly not better than any other local taqueria for the price difference and small portions. Our initial server was lovely and seemed to agree that the hostess staff seem to be on their own planet, but then she was over-sat and another server began to wait on our table without any notice or warning. The bussers also seemed to be in a huge rush to turn over our table as they kept taking plates that weren’t finished. The ambiance is lovely, but for the price markup I’d expect great service from beginning to end. The hostesses didn’t even wish us goodnight as we left. I work across the street and was looking forward to having a new place in the neighborhood to recommend but sadly I won’t be back and won’t recommend.

    This restaurant hasn't been open very long, but I have a feeling it will be in business for a very long time. The service was amazing, each staff member was so friendly and so helpful and genuinely seemed happy/excited to be there. The ambiance of the place is very cool, I sat outside in the sunshine and it was amazing. The food was delicious (highly recommend their guacamole to start and their Churro Pancakes) and their margs were amazing. Will definitely be returning soon.

    This restaurant was an awesome find, late in the evening in NYC's Chinatown! From the first nice welcome until the end of the meal we were pleased. The food was delicious. My husband is a foodie and he was very pleased. I will recommend this restaurant for future business events for our NYC company. Dee from the Chitown! Best of luck to Casa Bocado!

    Came here during opening week and was welcome with open arms. Our group of 4 was celebrating a work promotion and everyone had a blast. The crab pepitos , grilled fish tacos and mild guacamole dip was shared by the group as starters. The spicy margaritas, Paloma cocktails and mezcal shots accompanied the meal. We all ended with the churro sundae which we all noted was unique and sugar hep balance all the tequila we drank. The best dish was the red Snapple prepared 2 ways... they shod just call it their pescado from out of this world.

    Loved everything we got. Everything was a lot lighter and fresher than expected at a Mexican restaurant - don’t miss the ceviches or the red snapper! Excellent cocktails and super attentive service too.

    place is very cute and fun - well done on design. started off with a mango margarita, perfect with a touch of spice. the bartender was extremely kind and attentive. we got sat by a very stylish host and ordered the guac, salsas and fish tacos. all were DELICIOUS. we ordered the red snapper, which stole the show. the poblano sauce was fantastic and it was very fresh. they have this cute churro sundae in a skull cup. will definitely be back as I work a few blocks away in soho. def check it out!

    Had a great time celebrating my birthday on Cinco de Mayo. For a restaurant that’s only been open one week they did a fabulous job. I loved everything from the food to the ambiance and the service. Highly recommended. And the manager George is lovely!

    I know this place is new so will give it some time to get their act together. The food is pretty good but nothing to run too. We started with the lobster, short rib and crab appetizers and all were mediocre. Infact, I would pass on all but maybe the lobster. We both had the red snapper for dinner which was a very generous portion and delicious. The place has a fine vibe but is very noisy. I also got charge more for my drink than the price on the menu. Not cool.

    We came for brunch, and it was such a wonderful experience. Our server Cesar was such a delight, who navigated is extensively through the menu. He ended up ordering for the table. For cocktails, I had the mamacita which was a delicious resposado tequila with pomegranate, lime, and egg white and my girlfriend had the El Capitan with 1942, elderflower, and a touch of lavender and orange blossom. Highly recommended and I cannot wait to come back for dinner

    Nice restaurant, friendly greeting, good food, wine so so, but mixed drinks were liked. The problem: incredibly noisy. They tried to help us out by turning music down a bit, but raucous diners next to us made up for missing noise! Great place to go if you don’t want to have a conversation w someone!

    A beautiful restaurant with a very friendly staff and amazing food. Cocktails are absolutely delicious! Mamacita cocktail was perfect. Definitely going back soon. Great addition to the neighborhood!!!
