   I love M sushi! The food is absolutely outstanding from the freshness of the ingredients, to the perfect combination of flavors, to the beautiful plating. We had a wonderful server who helped us celebrate my friend being cancer free by bringing us champagne. All the food came out so fast and we were thoroughly attended to. The tables are quite close together, and it’s a little loud for having a conversation, but besides that, this place is outstanding and a must try.

   Our experience at M Sushi was absolutely amazing. Service was top notch, and the assortment of different types of sashimi was such a fresh and tasty surprise. We actually had to change our reservation to a half hour later, and it was no problem at all. (Maybe due to being a Wednesday.) We cannot wait to go back again!

   Best sushi we ever had. Omakase is the absolute best way to enjoy the incredible variety of the freshest fish. Service was amazing. We live in Greensboro and the hour+ drive was worth it. We won't eat sushi anywhere else again. We've been dreaming about our next meal here since we left.

   Went there on 20th wedding anniversary. Excellent food, we got the tasting menu and it was amazing. Service was terrific. Just a great place all around. Next time we are sitting at the bar looking into the kitchen. Seems really fun to watch the magic happen.

    Decided to go for Omakase since it was our first time there. Everything was delicious and the service was great! We reserved for a early time on Saturday night. It was a full house by the time we got our main course, so it was a bit hard to hear the course explanations, but server was kind enough to repeat/answer questions if we had any.

    As a Durham resident this was my first time eating at M Sushi in Cary but certainly not my first time eating at any of the M restaurants. As always, the expectations were exceeded. Service was great, quality of the food was superb and the cost was about half of what one would expect to pay for similar fare in a larger city. If you're looking to treat yourself look no further - M Sushi is it.

    Wow. Incredible sushi. I’ve been to Japan many times. The nigiri sushi at M Sushi is the real deal. I met my friend for lunch to celebrate her birthday. We decided we want to celebrate all of our birthdays here. It’s amazing to have this kind of quality of sushi in Cary, NC!

    The food is very expensive and not with the hype. We were disappointed. The selection is limited and the service is slow because MSushi has too many diners eating at one time. The room is dark and dungeon like and the air felt stuffy. It was also a lot louder than you would expect for a sushi restaurant.

    NIGIRI OMAKASE --- must try! If you love nigiri and fresh fish this is the way to go! My husband and I sat at the bar and at the advice of the waiter, we ordered the Nigiri Omakase. We were served a piece of nigiri as it was prepared. It was the freshest and most tender nigiri I have ever had. What an experience! Look forward to this experience again, highly recommend this route.

    This was a solid win for a Mother's day dinner. The Nigiri was out of this world good and we had to try some A5 Japanese Wagyu, well worth it. This is absolutely a great date night place and you should always sit at the bar and watch the chef's.

    We chose the omakase menu and are so glad we did. It consisted of fish we wouldn't have likely chosen on our own but got to experience in the way the chef intended. It was a beautifully paced, curated selection of bites that intensified as the courses went on. Highly recommend.

    Omakase was amazing although it seemed a bit heavy on the sea bream (but I could be mistaken). For me the stand outs were the eel (heavenly), the mackeral and the toro on the seaweed crisp. Everything was prepared with subtlety. I have never had this level of variety and qualtity before--it was pure enjoyment. The drink was really good--the lychee and grapefruit one. The ambiance was magical. The whole exerience was one that I would love to repeat!!

    Excellent and inventive sushi and sashimi. The fresh eel over rice was delicious. I tried new fish that I had never had before — sea trout and sea bream, both excellent. My only dislikes were that we were seated around 20 minutes late (8:30 to 8:50) and the chairs are very hard with no padding.

    I'm a sushi fan, travel quite a bit, and so I've had some pretty amazing sushi. This was/is one of the best, highest quality sushi meals I've had. Full stop. To put a cherry on top the wait staff was top notch, knew the menu and where all the varieties of fish originated from. What a great experience and right here in Raleigh! I'll be back for sure. Can't wait to try the test kitchen as well. If it's even half as good as "M" it is certain to be amazing. You can't go wrong with this place.

    I think the omakase is worth a try. Loved the convenience of ordering once and then not having to look at the menu. I'd probably come again, but just order off the nigiri menu. Couldnt hear anything the waitress/chefs said however

    It was not great, it also was not bad. It’s okay, but for the price value, okay was not worth the high pricing. If one must try M Sushi, try the one in Durham instead. Best wishes to the one in Cary. I hope things get better.
