   Our server was amazing. He was knowledgeable and attentive without being bothersome. The food exceeded my expectations! I had the lions mane mushroom and my niece had the halibut. Both were cooked to perfection and the accompanying vegetables and sauces were simply delicious! I can’t say anything about dessert (but I would imagine they were delectable) because we were both full from our meals. I would highly recommend the restaurant!

   What a beautiful place. It was my first time at Carve and the first thing that struck me was the warm welcome by the staff. The waitress was lovely and totally took into account my complex dietaries. The food was delicious and also different from the usual fare in Campbell River, the service was attentive but not invasive and whole experience was fantastic. Well done and thanks.

   Amazing food. We had the octopus appetizer and it was so good we ordered a second one. It surpass any grill octopus dish that we've had from Europe. The prime rib steak was phenomenal and exceeded some of the top steak houses like Gotham and Gordon Ramsay. Unbelievable service and quality, will definitely be back.

   Nice decor, great service, the menu has varied selections. All of our dinners were excellent quality and correctly prepared. Parking is limited near the front entrance but there is additional space behind the hotel. I would mention that this is a pricey establishment. Our table only had 1 appetizer, and no deserts and the bill was just under $500.00 for 5 adults. I highly recommend and will return for special occasions.

   One of my most delicious dinners ever..abit pricey but we'll worth it. One suggestion though could use better olives in the martinis.

    Service was excellent. It’s a very nice place, but the food is only so-so. I dont think the chefs balance flavors very well. Some things were underseasoned and others way over. However, my steak and my wife’s halibut were cooked perfectly.
