At Caruso’s, Chef Massimo introduces a taste of Southern Italy to coastal Montecito through signature dishes that utilize the highest-quality ingredients sourced from neighboring farmers, fisherman and ranchers.

To enhance the experience for our guests, we kindly ask that all diners adhere to a Business Casual dress code. We therefore suggest collared shirts for gentlemen.
