   Great service. Cool decor. We had a French dip, chicken sandwich and turkey burger and all were unique and delicious (well better than your average of each). Had the burrata appetizer and it was amazing. We will definitely go back. It was a treat.

   My family and I had a great time. We tried a bunch of different dishes and shared them - it was perfect. The burrata and the shrimp were especially good!

   Everything was wonderful. The host was so friendly, our waiter was great, the food was outstanding and the chef was so sweet. Will absolutely be back!

   Delicious food, fresh and amazing combination of flavors and ingredients So many healthy options Wonderful staff and service Close to convention center and very accommodating to large groups Highly recommend !

   Courtney was AWESOME! She made sure allergies were communicated, discussed/ explained the menu well, described the cocktails perfectly, and worked well with our odd divvying of the check for work purposes. Food was delish, easy to share, timely, and fun! I have yet to have bacon and chocolate combined and NOT liked it. :0)

   The only problem with this place is expectations! I was in town for a volleyball tournament and wanted some decent food. I saw this place and was planning to go by myself. Some other parents from the team decided to join me and it ended up being 8 of us. Getting a table was easy as the restaurant was basically empty. The manager was nice, great playlist and cool ambiance. The server was good and for the most part did his job well. Here’s the problem though: the first thing he says is “the menu is family style”. Ok, that’s fine. As a group of acquaintances we decided to pick one thing from each category, but wait the between bread category (1/4) is NOT family style. Ok, so we’ll skip that category, after all it is “family style”, right. So we order devils eggs, server says it only comes w 4. We are all thinking, how is this family style? Fine, we get 2 and the pork belly, “that also only comes W 4”. Hmm, better give us 2 of those as well. Let’s add the Brussel sprout Caesar salad & NY Strip. At this point we are all a little concerned and confused w the menu but we roll w it. We can always order more if needed, I guess. The apps come exactly as expected: 4 deviled eggs, 4 pieces of pork belly each and the salad maybe serves 2-3. Here’s the kicker, the steak comes on a plate w sauce, no side and it’s an 8-10 oz steak WITH A SINGLE STEAK KNIFE! So my $65 dinner consists of 1 deviled egg, 1 piece of pork belly, 2 bites of salad and 1 oz of steak. Everyone at the table is joking like “well that was good, but what should we do for dinner” it was embarrassing and stupid bc at this point no one wanted to order anything else. The food was tasty I did enjoy the little bit I had, but the entire experience was overshadowed by the confusion over the menu. I paid the bill and told the server as much. He said “well we are told to say that”. I told him “do yourself a favor, stop. Your tickets will be 2-3 times as much and people will leave happy and full”. It’s still a joke

   Carson Kitchen has great service and food. Bob and Nicky were wonderful. The menu is on the heavy side and the noise level is very high

    We loved everything about Carson Kitchen. The food was wonderful and the service was great. I loved the family style service! We got to all try many different dishes and they were all flavorful and cooked perfectly.
