   Good and staff were great! We just ordered a lot of different dishes and shared, everything was so good! Most of the dishes we tried had a spicy kick, but it was just the perfect amount of spicy (not too hot). Overall a great place, definitely recommend!

   Disappointing experience at Carson Kitchen. Friends have hyped it up so we decided to give it a try ahead of a show at the Smith Center. The grape burrata salad was good and enjoyed the smoked honey with the chicken skins but the rest of the meal was lackluster for the price. That was THE WORST risotto I’ve ever had and for a tapas restaurant it was NOT worth the $140 bill! I needed a refill on my iced tea and my husband asked a food runner since we had not seen our server and he was rude and said “you need to tell your server” instead of providing good customer service and then waited another 5 minutes. We can check this off our list and won’t be back. For the same price we should’ve gone to Vic’s but hey; we tried something new.

   Took my grumpy dad, we have an onion allergy, they were super accommodating and we had a great lunch with delicious food.

   This is a great spot off the typical Las Vegas scene that is worth the explore. Food was phenomenal and comes as shared options. Jordan was our server and was outstanding and friendly. Don’t skip on Carson’s when in Vegas!

   A wonderful dining experience. Great food that was very unique yet comfort type food. Drinks were great and staff was warm inviting and great service overall. The only issue is that we were only 3pp so couldn't try many things on the menu we would have liked. Definitely a unique place for a great meal.

   What a find!! 10 dishes amongst 5 of us … yes, leftovers!! Every dish was a winner! Favorites included the burrata, Brussel sprout Caesar salad (more of a slaw), beet salad, cocoa encrusted steak, white BBQ sauce chicken thighs & burnt hotdog ends. Black rice risotto & dip sandwich were also hits. Winner with our hard to accommodate gluten-free pescatarian, as well.

   Beer curation is amazing. Old favorites like oxtail risotto and bacon jam continue to shine. New items like grilled oysters and grape/burrata are winners too

    Six of us went here for dinner on Saturday night. We made reservations several weeks ahead of time. We got to the restaurant about 30 minutes early and were prepared to have drinks at the bar while we waited for our table. When we checked in at the host stand, we were told they had a table ready for us. We were seated and the service was immediate and efficient throughout our dining experience. It was recommended that we each order something and then everyone would share, so that is what we did. Here is what we ordered and we recommend. Everything was delicious and at the proper temperature. Brussel Sprouts Caesar-- It was excellent so we ended up ordered a second round. Black Rice and Oxtail Risotto-- Without question this is the best risotto I've ever eaten. It was perfectly executed. We ordered seconds of this as well. Shrimp "Scampi"- A fantastic menu item with udon noodles taking this dish to the next level. One of the people in our group doesn't usually like scampi, but loved this version. Devil's Eggs, Gyro Tacos (we ordered two), and Killer Shrimp were all excellent. Short Rib Steak (we had to order seconds of this because it was so good) was tender, juicy, and perfectly cooked and seasoned. Cocoa-Espresso New York Strip was great, but we all preferred the Short Rib Steak We tried each of the desserts but the Glazed Donut Bread Pudding was the star. This item is a must, no matter how full you are. It is hard to get bread pudding to the perfect consistency, but they nailed it. My wife and I have eaten here a couple of times previously and it is because we always have great experiences, that we come back and it is a "must" for any trip to Vegas. We have never had any beverage here or any food item here that is not close to perfect.
