   4 guests and everyone had a super meal! Piano player atmosphere was excellent! Shrimp, Lobster, Wagu Strip loin, Veal piccata, Salads, and especially all deserts were as we remembered.....sooooo good!! Server was the best! EVERYTHING WAS FANTASTIC Everyone who goes to MacInac should eat there! MMMMMM

   We were greeted promptly and taken to our table. The view is incredible watching to harbor. Our waiter Coleman was personable and served professionally. The food was perfect.. I recommend the Diver scallops. For dessert we had Hot fudge sundae, the hot fudge was excellent. A wonderful way to finish our dinner

   The food was great. The views were beautiful. We had dinner a little early, so it wasn’t packed or loud. Our waitress Alexis was the real treat! She gave us great service and conversation. She was probably the most pleasant encounter we had on the island. She made the experience 5 star!

    Last trip to Carriage House this year. Usually eat outside but too chilly. The usual excellent service. We had the whitefish and, of course, the peanut butter chocolate dessert. Looking forward to returning next year.

    Beautiful evening. Our waiter Dakota could not have been more sweet and attentive and friendly. The Carriage House at the Hotel Iroquois is a must the next time we’re on Mackinac Island.

    The service was excellent. The food was tasty but you are paying for the ambiance and view. I was a bit disappointed in my seasonal caprese salad- but I should have known the tomatoes were not going to be of perfect ripeness in late September.

    As with every time we eat at the Carriage House the meal was fantastic. Ambience, servers, quality, cocktails, and view and atmosphere is excellent. Lucas and his staff do an amazing job. Our go to fine dining stop on the island.

    Epic meal! Truly a special dining experience and yes, worth every bit! Service was lovely from Bartender Jake and later, with Carson! We enjoyed Pheasant in Strudel- a unique and quite wonderfully inspired dish! Also, the Veal Piccata with basil Alfredo rivaled Italian preparations and presentation! Thank you!

    This was amazing experience. The place was beautiful with amazing views. There was light piano music being played and the overall decor was exceptional. Service was to notch and food was great. I had filet and my wife had the scallops. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience.

    Joe did a very good job taking care of us on our dinner date at the carriage house. We come here every year and are always happy to come back. The fish cakes duck potstickers and scallops that we shared were excellent.

    This was the best dining experience we've ever had! We loved the piano accompaniment to dinner. It gave a very special romantic vibe. The food was unique and delicious. Everything was cooked to perfection and the flavors meshed perfectly. We absolutely want to come back every time we visit Mackinac Island!

    What a wonderful experience. I've always enjoyed lunch on the veranda. Since the veranda is closed for the season we opted for an early dinner seating. The waiter was amazing and steak was perfectly cooked and the morels were a wonderful added treat. I can also recommend the French onion soup. A perfect end to a perfect day on the island.

    We had a lovely dinner last night with a beautiful view as we were seated at a corner table on the lawn. Nashoba was our server and he was friendly and attentive. The food was delicious. We will be back!

    My wife and I enjoyed a very nice dinner on the patio yesterday. The service, food, ambiance, etc. were all very good. Only issue were the prices... which were to be expected - quite high. But nothing in life is free, especially high quality.

    Fans were on high when we were first seated and we asked if it was possible to Servers and staff seemed distracted by the owners wedding happening this weekend. Staff were in and out of the door next to our table several times and it was distracting. Our server Dakota was excellent!!

    We have eaten here many times since 1976. The food is very good. This time the veal picata was somewhat dry. The spaghetti squash had an off taste- kind of a petroleum flavor.

    I had booked our reservation four months ago and called twice in-between to be certain we were all set. I have enjoyed dining here from time to time since 1980. This was to be a very special meal and a treat for my husband, myself and my 82 year old mother. Even the day prior,? my seating was guaranteed. We arrived and the main dining room was occupied by a wedding reception. We were ushered to a side room. The window seat (we requested) was freezing cold as the dloor was open. We chose a seat in the middle of the room. There was yet a smaller wedding reception which our waiter was responsible for in addition to our table. Fast forward, my whitefish was the smallest piece and most expensive I’ve ever eaten in a restaurant, potatoes were under cooked. $13 for hot fudge ice cream puff dessert you think they’d garnish with whipped cream and cherry. Waiter expressed that it was a very generous portioned dessert more than ample for two, no it was not impressive by size whatsoever. 20 min for second glass of wine. Food was not hot llike I’d expect for a fine dining restaurant. No refill on coffee either.
