Welcome to Carpaccio American Dream
Many years ago, in the sun-drenched hills of Sicily, by the Mediterranean Sea, lived a young lady named Rosalia. Her cooking delighted all who were fortunate to dine at her table and enjoy her food. Rosalia married Nunzio Billante and throughout the years, she passed down the mouthwatering secrets of her cuisine to their children. Her son, Tom, learned those secrets from a young age. He knew that a simple blend of fine, fresh ingredients with careful preparation and a little love was the key to a memorable experience!

Determined to share these wonderful flavors, Tom founded the original Carpaccio in the luxurious Bal Harbour Shops over 25 years ago, serving elegant, traditional, and exquisite Italian food. The success of this endeavor was based on an uncompromising commitment to quality and to careful attention to the smallest details. Now this iconic establishment has come to the American Dream.

First time and I was looking for a nice sit down restaurant. Salmon Oregano was delicious. Portion was just right. We sat in the area outside. It was not noisy at all.

My family enjoyed dining here before attending the Cowboy Carter Concert and we really enjoyed our food and service. The ambiance was amazing as well!

Service is always great - warm, welcoming, professional and knowledgeable. Bread for the table is amazing! It is crusty, seasoned perfectly and drizzled with EVOO. For the appetizer, the calamari was fantastic - flash fried, not to hard, perfection! I had the lobster special. I have had this meal several times and love it! This visit, the lobster special was more salty than previously ordered. The lobster special is huge! Either share it or you will have to take the remainder home. The apple pie was really an apple tart that lacked enough apples for its size, albeit very good. The tart is fresh, light, flaky and good, accompanied with vanilla ice cream. Again, this dessert needed more sliced apples. The dish is large and sharable. Lastly, the signature cocktails were fantastic! Perfectly balanced and creative.

My friend and I ended up at carpaccio as a spur of the moment idea. We had never been there before and we’re so beyond pleasantly surprised. The food was sublime. The service was on point. I am a self-admitted foodie and this was probably one of the best, not only Italian meals but ever.

Food was great! I have a gluten allergy and they were able to accommodate my meal with GF pasta. The burrata appetizer was great as well. We got dessert and every one was excellent - the sorbet (mango) was the best flavor, the plain cheesecake with carmel sauce and apple pie appetizer were all delicious. Would definitely go back here for dinner again!

The food was absolutely amazing and delicious. I felt like I was in Italy. First time experience at Carpaccio and they did not disappoint from the appetizer to the main course meal and mind blowing desserts. I will definitely come back. Let’s not forget the beautiful ambiance when you first enter restaurant. So welcoming and staff were professional and friendly!

Had a great first experience at Carpaccios. Food and dessert were phenomenal. Service was amazing. Ambiance was relaxed and intimate. Overall amazing experience. Will definitely be returning and bringing friends and family. Made our date night unforgettable.
