   We've been before and it was an great night out, food was amazing - this time... unfortunately, they were low on a number of items and with a limited menu... it was a little hard to find something that was available and that we wanted. In the end, they did get more chicken and the food was great! It was just a bit of a shame that so many things weren't available at once. It was really hard to hear the server as well which made things a bit difficult. We'll definitely go back because I really do think it was just an off night.

   This was my second visit to Caro on James. We had the brussels sprouts and arugula salad to start and it was excellent. I had the penne à la vodka. The taste was good however it was a little bit too a la dente. Also, it would be nice to have more sauce on it. My guest had the spaghetti and meatballs, which was delicious. Our server Kim was excellent.

   Food is always delicious. Our server was excellent. Went on a Monday night so noise level was good. It can get noisy when restaurant is full. Only negative is they didn’t have a lot of beer (sold out) They also only had one bottle of non Alcoholic beer left and were out of the wine we wanted. Must have been a busy weekend for them 🤷🏻‍♀️

   1st time there and thoroughly enjoy it. Definitely making plans to go back again. Food was great and the More Cowbell drink was so delicious I had to 2..lol.

   Never disappoints. The value is unreal for the food, honestly we spend more at chain restaurants for dollar store quality food. Caro is fresh food that tastes amazing and they have gluten free options for me which is amazing. They have gluten free pizza, pasta, and we had their fried polenta fries which I would eat as a meal alone. A favourite date night spot.

   Wood fired pizza (pepperoni) was excellent, as were the waffles and eggs Benedict that we all had. Caro spritz is. Nice light drink as well. Definitely will return, even though we’re a 40 minute drive. Pizza was some of the best I’ve had and a solid 8.5/10

   Excellent service, delicious food. Nice ambiance. Delicious pasta dishes. Appetizers of Cesar salad and Caro bread delightful!

   We go quite often. But Valentines day was bad. Place didn't seem to have heat. Pretty chilly. Most diners kept their jackets on. No reason from staff on lack of heat. Caro bread was cold. We were going to hang out for cocktails and then head downstairs but left early and went somewhere else.

   Great place with a good atmosphere. Nice fresh food without being overdone. Awesome service!

    Disappointed to say the least ; had high expectations based on my experience at the original Caro on Ottawa Street , but this location was not worth the 2 hour drive from up north; they sat us in the cold old garage in the winter even though had made reservations a week before ; food and service were lack luster .. hope they improve in the future
