We were excited to try Carnivale given there is one in Chicago and was recommended for a great vibe. Restaurant is lovely and music was nice. Unfortunately, the food was just mediocre at best. Most of the dishes lacked favor. Cocktails were delicious, and the goat cheese appetizer was tasty. Service was lacking, too. Our waiter was unimpressive, as he started off friendly, but once the order was taken, was missing most of the 2 1/2 hours we were there.

It’s a pleasant restaurant with good menu options. We waited a very long time to be served once we ordered. I felt like the waiter forgot about us. The food was good once we got it.

Rahjiv was awesome. He made sure I enjoyed every single thing I ordered and checked on me and my sister every 10 minutes. It was lovely and the food was 10/10.

We came to Carnival because it was close to our hotel and we have been to Margaritaville a dozen times. Carnival was excellent. I had the smash burger with bacon, it was off the chart. We also ordered the shrimp quesadilla and baked goat cheese. All of them were incredible. The staff was friendly and the pricing was fair. We will be back again tonight.

We had a fantastic time - noise level was loud because we were outside and loving the music and the vibe. Food was delicious and our waiter could not have been nicer! Great place!

Definitely considered a family friendly restaurant. Very fun and colorful. Lots of outdoor space for kids to play while dinner occurs. Would not recommend for a romantic date with your wife or a honeymoon. I learned that part the hard way. Otherwise the service was outstanding. The restaurant was a little too empty, but the food was still really good probably a bit overpriced however you are on paradise Island so it is going to be expensive . Drinks were good however they did not have a happy hour instead they had a happy hour for appetizers.

Maybe they were having an off day with the food. The Mixed Seafood Paella tasted way too fishy to the point where I started to question if some of the seafood cooked was spoiled. We then Switched to the Mahi Mahi but then it wasn’t cooked all the way. The guac and drinks were tasty. Ambience & customer service were a 10/10. I’m unsure if I’d eat there again when there are so many local/authentic restaurants in the area.

The food was delicious, we except the octopus which was rubber. We did several apps and family style queen snapper with veggie paella and several desserts. The atmosphere is beautiful but the service was the poorest I’ve ever had. Island time is one thing but we had to go to the bar for water refills 5 times, wait 20 minutes for every round of drinks and we were served dessert without our drinks (they forgot but charged us) or forks. And our waiter never returned but another guy took care of us. Waited 3 minutes for bill before going to get it. So overall mixed bag and probably wouldn’t go back based on the service.
