   We ate at this restaurant during our recent stay in the Bahamas, with 3 nights left on our vacation. We loved it so much we went back the next two nights! We ate outdoors all 3 nights with a beautiful view of the marina. Our server, Letario, was phenomenal. For our family of 5, all 15 of our dinner orders over the three nights were INCREDIBLE. Absolute 10 out of 10 on every single dish! The guacamole appetizer was delicious and enough for the 5 of us. The dinners we ordered were: confit duck (outstanding), Arrachera skirt steak (best steak of my life!), seafood paella (delicious and HUGE portion - with shrimp, clams, oysters, calamari, octopus), chicken - Peri Peri Pollo (delicious), grouper (delicious), wagyu picanha (very good), and one night one of my sons got the Catch of the Day which was a 2 pound snapper. It was outstanding. We found the portions to be good sized. Some came with a side (the skirt steak and chicken) and other times we ordered a side (rice & peas, yucca fries, string fries). I highly recommend this restaurant. It was our absolute favorite on our trip to the Bahamas!!!

   Our first experience as I went with a group was simply amazing. It was a delightful experience. It was not just about the food—it was the laughter, the camaraderie, and the shared moments that turned an ordinary evening into a cherished memory. Mr. Smith and his team at Carnivale Bahamas were the best!! Will definitely be back again 💯💯

   They brought my husbands entree and never brought mine. The server came back and asked after they bused my husbands meal if we wanted dessert and I stated I never got my entree. It took another 20 minutes to get it. They took off one drink and a beer. Extremely poor service.

   Service was horrible as waiter was 100% inattentive and aloof. Resultantly, we refused payment of the obligatory 15% gratuity. Management was made aware of our disappointing experience and offered complimentary desserts.

   Food was lacking flavor. Guacamole had no salt at all. The place is pretty but the food is very expensive and at 18% grats it should not be raw or tasteless. Pancakes were raw , we ordered 2 and both not cooked they changed one and the new was was still uncooked.

   Walked into an empty resteraunt with a reservation, upon arrival we were asked to wait because we asked to be seated outside. After a five min wait we were seated and our waitress arrived with a bit of an attitude. Four of us received our meal and the fifth person wast served until the rest of us were close to being done. We didn’t see our waitress again until we had to request her. It was a beautiful Bahamian evening to sit outdoors but the service and food for the value left something to be desired.

   Service was great nice staff. Food was not great. Drinks were not great had to send my old fashioned back two times and show them how to mix it. Great ambiance beautiful restaurant and artwork.

   Everything from start to finish was great.. Definitely a must try and I’m glad to add another favorite here at Paradise Island.
