We will be offering our full menu of unbeatable steaks, freshly caught seafood, and delectable sides. Bubbles and libations abound for the evening as we say farewell to 2024 and welcome the New Year with an unforgettable dinner experience. Reservations are available for groups of two (2) to six (6) people based on availability. A $50.00 deposit per person will be taken via credit card to secure your reservation for this very special evening. Deposits are fully applicable towards your dinner. This deposit will be fully refundable up to 48 hours prior (12/29/24) for any cancellations, no-shows, or changes in party size.

We had a fantastic time. We ordered the Waygu filet and it was out of this world. The service was excellent. Everyone at the restaurant were very professional and attentive to our needs.

I truly have no complaints! Truly fine dining, great service, food is expensive but absolutely worth every penny! It was my girlfriend’s birthday and they truly made her feel special with personalized menus and a dessert! This was our first time but you’d absolutely choose Carnevor for the next special occasion! The only draw back was a really loud table next to us but there was nothing we could’ve done about that.

I love this place. The food, service, and surroundings were amazing. The manager came around to ask how we were doing and wanted to ensure our experience was great! We especially loved the personal touch for our birthdays. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

We knew we were in for an amazing evening when we were greeted upon arrival. We were immediately seated and the entire staff attended to our needs. Our server Will was energetic and engaging and he guided us through and amazing dining experience. The crab cake set the tone for experience. Will quickly realized we’d be sharing everything. My wife went to the wedge salad next and Will had it split knowing the share was coming. My wife went with the filet and I went with sea bass. Both went were off the chart. We concluded the same experience with the pumpkin tart and it couldn’t have been a better way to wrap up! We were planning our next trip to Carnevor during our meal and I can’t think of a better endorsement. Thank you to the whole team for another great evening at Carnevor!

We had an early reservation because we were going to a concert. We were initially seated in a quiet dining room and my wife asked to switch to a more lively area, which they did without hesitation. Our waiters, Stanley and Diana were an awesome duo curating our experience. Friendly and knowledgeable, and just the right presence. Our steaks were superb. I got the bone in ribeye and my wife the petite filet and it was so well seasoned I didn’t have to ask for salt! For a starter I had the lobster bisque with large chunks of lobster and my wife got the wedge salad which the waiter offered to have chopped for her. Of course. Nice touch. They have an excellent wine list. We started with a Latour 1er Cru and then to a Spottswood Cab which was served in a crazy long gooseneck decanter. The waiter was standing about 6 feet away to pour. It was fun and we had a Super experience. I loved this place.

My wife and I made last minute reservations for an anniversary dinner. When we arrived we weren't certain the place was open because the windows are very tinted and it was hard to see lights inside. We were seated at a secluded table and our servers were very attentive. The wine list was extensive. The menu has something to please anyone that likes a broad selection of meat offerings. We were very pleased with our meals and recommend this place. We will definitely be returning if we visit Milwaukee again.
