Very unimpressed. Was expecting a much better meal for the price we payed. Service was great from water boys. Waiter was a bit slow only seeing her about 4 to 5 time during our meal which was about an hour and a half. Appetizer(calamari and octopus) wher okay. I've had much better for much less. Had $70 NewYork strip. Steak was cooked perfect! Not as flavorful and tender for being dry aged, seasoned with salt and herbs. Also had a few side that were not very memorable. Sad to say that the highlight of the meal was warm dinner rolls.

The food and service was spectacular. Our waiter and his team did a tremendous job making sure everything was explained and that all our options were available.
The only issue is the music was not remotely correct for an Italian restaurant. A bit too 80’s rock.

Our waiter was outstanding! Pricing was a bit high but it is Vegas. Wine list was a bit over whelming. Bottles of wine were at least three times the price that you can buy them in a store, however, the sommelier was very good with their recommendation for our tables taste.

Everything was outstanding. The linguini Bolognese was spectacular but the aged NY strip may be the best steak dish we’ve ever had! The aging gave the meat a taste and texture unlike any steak we have ever!

Placed us in wine room initially only one other couple then they placed to groups of guys in the area. This elevated the noise level to one that competed with the already odd choice of music. Very expensive for so so food.

We decided to end the Vegas trip with a nice steak. The service was exceptional and the food was good too. My biggest issue was I was listening to Marilyn Manson screaming kill something or other and guns and roses at a fine dining place? Really strange IMO! The music was enough for me not to return.

My second time to this restaurant. Food was amazing, however, our ribeye was a bit on the cold side. Additional marks down for constantly getting hit by the carts when the servers were taking steaks to the tables for carving. Sorry, but at this price point I don't think that's a totally forgiveable experience.

Another 5 star restaurant from B&B Group. Mario Batali gem in Vegas! The steaks were worth the price! The beef cheeks ravioli were heaven on a plate. This place is a 10!

Horrible service and the Rib Eye for two was simply OK. Sides were over cooked and not flavorful. We ordered the Brussel sprouts and the cauliflower as a side. I would never return. This place is a tourist trap. I should have believed the reviews.

The food was delicious. We recommend the grilled octopus if you are into something mildly spicy, simply delicious; and the Dry Aged Bone-In Ribeye (you can't go wrong with this dish), it was perfect.

Great service. Good food, but Holly Moly, super expensive.! The wine bottle price was crazy! I come from the wine country and this was insane. Food was good, but not worth the price! 76.00/ person for ribeye! Min order for 2. 27 bucks for an average glass of wine!! I’m a huge foodie and this just wasn’t worth it.

My Dry aged bone-in ribeye was well cooked, tender, although a little to much butter taste for me.
Filet Mignon, juice and tender.
Tagliatelle Bolognese, please somebody remind me not to order pasta.
Grilled Octopus, was the best.
Some of the greens we order, were hanging out, enough to touch the table cloth.

But, the highlight of our dining experience:
Very disappointing service, while feeling in a can of sardines.

Our table crumbs trying to eat an old bread-like-, which we gave up, were cleaned using one of spoons in our table right before the dessert.
It was on a obstacle course all night with the servers who were delivering food over my head. In addition, a server took a plate still been eaten!
Hence, we dine early, there were 4-5 tables, we were all seated right next to each other. The tables were so closed to one another, that the servers kept bumping into the chairs.

I wondered, if we dine at Carnevino, really, I checked while leaving, just in case. This is not the Carnevino that I dined.

I travel to Las Vegas six times a year at minimum
One of my favorite restaurants in Las Vegas
Had the hanger steak and the lamb it was out of this world!
There are mashed potatoes with the I got that are by far the best of Las Vegas

We were disappointed. When we sat down the waiter asked whose birthday is it. We responded that it was mine and we exchanged a few pleasantries. We were only going to have coffee for dessert but the waiter encouraged us to select something and he mentioned the house specialty, so we did select a dessert. There was no candle and as is customary in many high-end restaurants it was not complimentary. We ate in another, less expensive Mario Batali restaurant over the weekend (Ōttō) and received a complimentary sorbet and candle for my birthday.

The food and service were outstanding. Karl, our waiter, was amazing. He was very helpful with wine selection and the types of beef that better suited our friends who are not big “beef” eaters. Ricardo, the Maitre d, was exceptional. Came to our table a couple times to check on us an even gave us a private little glass of the different types of wine glasses :)

Service started out great. Asked for sparkling water and got "in-house purified sparkling" instead of Pellegrino. Was told that this is because they are "a certified Green restaurant" and bottled water "costs the country lots of gasoline". Clearly its better for the profit margin to charge customers the same as bottled but instead provide something you produce for free. I could walk into the gift shop and purchase bottled water; I fail to believe that they truly have zero resources to find a bottle of sparkling water but can procure hundreds of bottles of wine. "Green" when convenient, apparently.

Food arrived, asked the server to have the meat cut off the bone. He said "We don't have knives sharp enough, but we can give you napkins". Carrots undercooked. 3 managers checking their phones and walking table to table except for ours; didn't tell anyone about it because they clearly didn't care. A horrible show of events.

In a Las Vegas restaurant, especially a Palazzo steakhouse, if you can't find bottled water, cook carrots or cut meat, you shouldn't be in business.

Embarassing.
