Reservation was at 1030 (after a show) so it was quite empty which was nice. The service and staff were awesome but it took a long time to receive food...there was only 2 other tables seated when we got there and ended up being the last table of the night. The filet was great, the rest of the meal left quite a bit to be desired. Flavorless steak tartare, veal was highly over cooked , gnocchi was decent , and their take of mashed potatoes with over easy egg folded into it table side was unsatisfying for being a house specialty.

Service was excellent but food was definitely below average. A friend recommended this restaurant to us so we were very excited to try it but ended up very disappointed and hungry.

Spectacular Meal! We had the most memorable 50th Birthday celebration. Our waiter was excellent, very attentive and very knowledgable providing great recommendations. To our delight, he found us a bottle that we were only able to find in Italy, the 2013 Chianti Classico Gran Selezione Il Grigio San Felice. This wine went very well with all our dishes, the tender grilled octopus, and the insalata caprese's burrata cheese was sooo smooth and flavourful. The mash potatoes with bacon and egg was amazing (if you're not counting calories). We enjoyed the Affettati Misti selection, Squash Agnolotti and the Glazed baby heirloom carrots in orange and ginger. The best part of our dinner was the la Fiorentina porterhouse was a perfect blue rare and aged 100 days it melted in our mouths. But there is a secret menu item, that's not on the menu... their beef cheek ravioli drizzled with 25yrs aged balsalmic vinegar that really brought out the delicate flavours, which was an equally amazing dish. We can't wait to come back!

The initial impression upon booking is that you will be dining at a cozy, upper scale restaurant but not over the top. Our dining experience included an atmosphere that was very loud. The music playing sounded as if we were shopping at a teen clothing store in the mall, not dining at a special restaurant. The prices were very high and it was hard to find a bottle of wine under three figures. The dinners were expensive and taste was just okay.

If you would like to eat the best steak on planet earth, enjoy fine wine and cocktails, incredible side dishes, appetizers and deserts all while being assisted by the best staff around in an ambience that is lively and fun, then dine at CarneVino. If those things don’t interest you, go somewhere else...

It was good but didn't blow me away. I've had better steaks at that price point.

Meal: Overall a good meal , not amazing, for appetizers we had the grilled octopus, and six oysters, for dinner I had the bone in dry aged ribeye, with the the mashed potato and spinach side, the potaos and spinach were on point, the steak was good. my wife had the spaghetti with crab not much crab and way overdone on the garlic.
Desert: we has the lemon tart, and bread pudding. These were very good.
The staff was very knowledgeable , and attentive. Great service
Would I return? Given the amazing choices in Las Vegas, next time we are in town, probably not.

Simply amazing. Been coming here for years and it's still a great experience. Don't bother ordering a steak if it isn't the ribeye .. best steak I've had in the world.

Expensive, but great food. We went to CarneVino for Valentine's Day. The food and service were very good. My only complaint is their wine list - while it is a fabulous list, their prices are pretty outrageous, and they have very few selections moderately priced. Very few are wines priced in the $100 range, and most in the hundreds to thousands of dollars. For those wines I was familiar with, they were priced at 4 times retail or higher. Even upper middle-class couples would have a hard time paying for a nice dinner without breaking the bank if they want to enjoy it with a bottle of wine. The service was excellent, so no complaints there. We were seated in a smaller room in the back, with tables for two about 2 feet apart, or less. So there was not a lot of privacy, so be sure to request a more private table if you make a reservation.

Valentines Day date.

Food service was great, waitress forgot to refill my water and I had to ask for more, which sucked but she apologized profusely. The splitting of the 2 sides of restaurant is weird, and totally takes away from it being a 5 star experience. The fact that you have to leave and go into the casino to use the restroom is really tacky and therefore doesn’t warrant such high prices.

Overall we had the dry aged ribeye, and were not disappointed! Food is impeccable. We also had the beef cheek raviolis which are delicious!

The steak was very good. Well prepared. Cory M was a terrific server. We went for my husbands birthday. The only disappointment was they didn’t bring a candle with a couple cookies and candle until we were getting ready to leave. Didn’t acknowledge his birthday when we ordered dessert. Also didn’t comp dessert which I was disappointed about. I understand it Valentine’s Day. But it’s his actual birthday.
We were guests in the hotel the restaurant is located.
I have stayed in a lot of upscale hotels for my husbands birthday.
This restaurant experience didn’t feel special.
Great for everyday dining but they don’t put out any extra effort for special occasions.

really incredable steak, the dry aged rib eye was one of the best I have ever had. Chi Spacca in Los Angeles is my favorite & this place gives them a run for the money.

Hostess forgot about our party of 2 and we waited an extra 20 minutes to be sat after our reservation even though we were 5 minutes early. Restaurant was busy but not too much for an oversight like this on a Monday. However, the food is what shines here, and we were not disappointed. Good service once we were sat, and very accommodating. Will be back again for one of the best steaks in the US, IMO.

This is always a great evening. The octopus was amazing, the steak was delicious, and the service is great. The food comes out hot and timely. The only thing off this time, the crispy salmon was a little on the dry side. They were very nice and corrected it.
