Food was fine. My big objection is processing the credit card (including designating a tip) with the waiter standing over me at the table. It was very uncomfortable and he probably got a lesser tip because there was no time to reflect on the experience and do a calculation in my head. I know they do this in Europe but that doesn't make it a good idea. Really ruined the experience.

Food and service were good up until the very end when it comes to make payment. The waiter brings over a device and has you choose the tip selection in front of him. There is no escaping or thought about how much you would like to tip. It starts at 18% and on so you are forced to give at least 18%. In my opinion very tacky and unprofessional. Will never go back because of that reason.

Wonderful experience. I would recommend this restaurant to any foodie. It’s expensive but worth every bite. I recommend the 20 oz pork chop. Amazing

As always, CarneVino delights with their amazing staff, and extraordinary food using the finest ingredients. There is no better steak anywhere - I make this statement with utmost seriousness. In fact you cannot get a steak like this no matter where you look. Please don’t miss out on their appetizers, side dishes and desserts or their fabulous wine list. Come hungry and plan on making this your evening. It’s not just dinner - it’s CarneVino - the main event!

Our server was wonderful and the food was amazing! The server recommended we start with a salad and we did the same - the salad was amazing. For dinner we had pasta and steak. Everything was so flavourful! The steak was cut table side and was delicious and cooked the exact way we requested. We will definitely return when visiting vegas in the future.

This place has the best bone in ribeye for two in Las Vegas. A reasonable $150. However, as I found out on this trip if you order for one it will set you back $100. Of course I did not find this out until I got the bill along with a $50 charge for glass of wine brought by the same waiter. Throw in a caviar appetizer, sids and pastas, and my individual tab was over $300. Quite extravagant. The space we were seated in the wine cellar section was very warm, we asked several times for them to turn on the air-conditioning, but it took about two hours for the space to reach a reasonable temperature. Other tables were fanning themselves Also, the server would disappear for long intervals, upwards of 20 minutes each time, and the entire meal took over 2 1/2 hours. At the end of the meal he brought a portable credit card machine and asked me to enter his tip while he’s standing there. Just be ready for that. Overall not a great experience especially dropping $700 for four people, and one person only had salad. There are many great Steakhouses in Vegas, unfortunately this one dropped off my list.

You have to try their aged Rib Eye. The flavoring is amazing and one of the best I have had. A great price for the amount of food and the servers all had great personalities.

We had an incredible experience! There were 7 in our party and we were seated at a round table with a built in lazy susan, which was perfect for the family style meal our server recommended and we went with. After a few moments of discussing food preferences and dietary restrictions, we handed our menus over to the server and let him make all of the selections. Absolutely fabulous! Everything was incredible. Highlights were the grilled octopus and the lamb chops (it was the first time I ever liked lamb!). My guess is you couldn't go wrong with any selection. Loved the atmosphere, and the music (rock and roll), which was unexpected for the setting. An evening I won't soon forget. I absolutely loved it!

Very good food and service. The wine is extremely over priced, which is ridiculous. Paying $250 for a $40 bottle of wine gets on my nerves. The music was also distracting. Doesn’t make you want to linger over coffee and dessert. We were hoping it was going to be an elegant, classy place but it wasn’t. It’s not the restaurant ‘s fault, but baseball caps and noisy raucous patrons was not relaxing. We will look elsewhere next time in Las Vegas.

Nie wieder!

Obschon Carnevino sich italienisches Steakhaus nennt, hat das Essen absolut nichts mit Italien zu tun. Als Italiener kenne ich mit Italienfood bestens aus, was aber da aufgetischt wurde war mir gegenüber meiner geschäftlichen Verabredung völlig peinlich. Die Spaghetti waren hart und von einer faden, lieblosen Tomatensauce völlig überdeckt. Die Papardelle meines Gastes hingegen waren hingegen OK aber dafür eine wirklich sehr kleine Portion.

das Restaurant verfügt über eine riesige und völlig überteuerte Weinkarte, da gibt es kaum eine Flasche Wein unter 200 USD welche hierzulande zwischen 30 und 40 kostet. Also haben wir uns für ein Bier entschieden welches gar im Weinglas ausgeschenkt wurde!!! Eine neue Erfahrung, jedoch total stillos.

Preis/Leistung stimmt hier in keinem Falle. Ich reise seit 30 Jahren mehrmals pro Jahr nach Vegas wo die Restaurant tatsächlich auch überdurchschnittlich teuer sind. In der Regel werden die Preise durch die ebenfalls überdurchschnittliche Qualität entschädigt. Dieses Restaurant jedoch ist jedoch nur teuer.

I've eaten here many times and I'm finding the service gets more and more lax each visit. This time the pain de départ came after our entree, water not filled regularly and my drink sat empty for 20-minutes. Seems petty, but not at the $500 price tag. I can have friendly staff anywhere.

The short rib ragu was the highlight of the evening. Even the friends who ordered the steak for two and my husband who ordered the papardelle tasted it and agreed. It was nice to be able to eat somewhere really nice but dress casual. The music selection was odd but I knew that going in because of reviews.

Carnevino was outstanding. I was there when it first opened and then just went back again. The food was absolutely delicious and the dining experience blew my mind. I strongly recommend the pork chops - they were the bomb!

We made this reservation based on the reviews we read. We were very disappointed with this restaurant., especially as we had dinner at Bavette's the prior evening. The service was not great. The server presented an attitude that this was a special restaurant and we were privileged to be part of it. We thought the food was average, nothing special. It was a birthday celebration and they brought out four tiny cookies with a candle. It was absolutely embarrassing. We were very disappointed with every aspect of this meal and dining experience.

The rib-eye for two was awesome! It was a tomahawk style rib-eye that they cut off the bone at your table and explain the different flavors based on where it was cut from.

Amazing dinner for 2. Octopus was so good. Had a couple drinks, forget what the names were, so I guess they were pretty good haha. Shared the 90 day dry aged bone in rib eye for dinner. Probably the best steak Ive ever had. Highly recommend this restaurant. The service was top notch. Im not sure of our waiters names, because we had 2 of them, but they were great. very welcoming. I plan on coming back the next time I am in Vegas.

Waiter was very slow to take our initial drink and appetizer orders. We had the prosciutto appetizer which was good but it was simply a lot of (great tasting) meat served with 1/4 an apple. Just would have been nice to have some more options to pair it with. All in all on a 1-10 expense level I’d give it a 10+. On a food level I’d give it a 7 which may be generous. Also hated paying electronically at the table. Very unprofessional to have the waiter examining your tip amount in your presence. Fine dining should be above that.

The experience wasn't bad, it just wasn't worth the price. All four of us ordered the 8 oz filet with a sharing of sides, "french fries" and squash (dried up slivers). The filet was pretty good, but the sides were disappointing. I want to say the filet was $55 a la carte and it arrived quite unappetizing, starkly presented on a white plate. None of the starters were impressive either. The wine list was extensive, but one doesn't need to spend $125/bottle to get a good wine and that was one of the least expensive wines on the list and really not that good. While the service was great, give this restaurant a miss.

Carnevino was absolutely amazing across the board. The level of service, professionalism, knowledge of the menu and attentiveness was beyond anything I’d ever experienced. We had the Ribeye for two, mashed potatoes and the Octopus appetizer. Everything was delicious and the presentation of our ribeye was very entertaining! This restaurant is simply impeccable and is worth the cost to experience perfection on all accounts.
