   My husband's cowboy steak was inedible. My grilled shrimp was very good. No one but my husband and I were in the restaurant. I would not return.

   Immediately when you walk into the place there is so much smoke. I get it, it’s a steakhouse. However, the smoke was so much that my eyes were stinging and we all smelled like meat when we left. The vibe seemed nothing like the pictures. The furniture was low quality, the plates were basic, and the food was okay. However, for the price we paid, it was not worth it at all. The steak didn’t have much flavor, the caesar salad tasted more like a vinaigrette, and the rice was mushy. The appetizers were delicious though. I do think the place has potential! But for what a customer is getting, the prices need to be readjusted, and there must be some better smoke extraction. The servers were very kind and the chef was also very amicable. I feel bad having to write this review but the reality is that our experience wasn’t the best. We did mention this to the staff and they kindly gave us 3 lemon pound cakes (which they didn’t have to, but did out of kindness). To conclude, the place has potential but some tweaks are necessary.

   Review of Carnes Steakhouse If you’re a meat lover, Carnes Steakhouse does not disappoint. The steaks are flavorful, cooked to perfection, and served sizzling hot. The quality of the cuts stands out, especially the ribeye and tomahawk. Sides are generous, with the truffle mashed potatoes and grilled asparagus being standouts. The ambiance is elegant yet comfortable—perfect for a date night or a special family dinner. Service was attentive without being intrusive, and the staff was knowledgeable about the menu and wine pairings. Prices a Ok, but worth it for the quality and overall experience. Rating: 4.8/5

   This was a pleasant surprise! The outside of the building and location is quite misleading, but once you enter the reception area and go up the elevator, you will find a quaint, elegant dining area where your food is prepared almost right in front of you. Your server is a quiet, unassuming kind of guy, but I assure you there's more to him than meets the eye! He was very accommodating and welcoming. The food was stupendous! The wine wasn't bad either! 😃 We celebrated our 15th wedding anniversary and I couldn't have chosen a better place to celebrate. There's a ferris wheel two minutes from the restaurant where my wife and I took a couple of spins as well! I hope you enjoy the experience as much as we did!

   We thoroughly enjoyed our experience. Upscale and modern ambience. Outstanding steaks; we had a ribeye and a NY strip with rice and mash as sides. The children’s churrasco was also fantastic and a very generous portion. We had a chocolate cake for dessert that was both rich and light. Highly recommended.
