Food is excellent - had the egg-strami. Daily (including Saturdays) happy hour is a nice touch. Prices are a little steep - 2 sandwiches, 2 happy hour drinks, and 2 cupcakes to go...$89! Service was very attentive and the food came out quickly. Overhead music was too loud - sitting across table from my wife, and almost not able to have a conversation.

The food at this location is underwhelming. I believe the burgers and sandwiches are okay but I would advise against getting any salads. I got a cranberry salad and thinking it’s $14 there should be some other ingredients? Nope, it was box lettuce with about 5 lbs of crasins and sugared slivered almonds. Can we get a little creative here? Even a simple salad from a deli offers more vibrant pairings….i find this extremely unacceptable. In addition, they charge a transaction fee of 3% for using your credit card? So now your business operation costs are directly extended to consumers? This is outrageous, the better approach would have been to absorb that into the pricing of your menu items. This all just leaves quite a sour taste for me.

It was a very good dinner! The service was excellent, and the food was good. The menu has a lot on it, but it is not overwhelming. There are great items to choose from, and it is reasonably priced.

We were early evening diners with a 4:00 reservation on a Friday evening. We had requested a quiet table and the hostess allowed us to choose a corner spot, out of the way which we appreciated.  The restaurant was about 30% occupied, so not too busy.   Our waiter was friendly and attentive but not quite on top of his game. We ordered a salad to share and two burgers. Instead of bringing the salad out first, they brought all the food together. I was disappointed in the timing/delivery of the food. To be fair, I didn't specifically ASK that the salad be delivered as a first course, I guess I assumed that it would be. I ordered a burger on the menu that had mushrooms and blue cheese, but asked that they also add caramelized onions. The waiter said that there was no problem for the kitchen to accommodate this request. When delivered, the burger arrived with the caramelized onions and blue cheese, but no mushrooms.  We ordered the spinach/strawberry salad but didn't really care for the dressing - thought it tasted too acidic. My husband and I thought that the burgers were fine, but nothing extraordinary.  The waiter came by and asked how everything was and I mentioned my disappointment in the timing and delivery of the salad/entrees and that there weren't any mushrooms on my burger. He acknowledged my concern but was pretty off-hand in his response. He offered (and eventually brought) a side dish of mushrooms, but by this time I had finished what I was going to eat of the burger. I only ate half as I didn't feel it was worth the calories. The manager also came by to ask how 'everything came out' and I again nicely noted my concerns. He too acknowledged our concerns but while he apologized, also seemed quite nocalant. They did take 50% off the bill for the burger which we appreciated.   Overall the staff was efficient and courteous but I guess what surprised my husband and I was that we perceived them as being indifferent to our concerns. They did what they were suppo
