Thank you so much for making a reservation. Outside and inside seating are available. We do have some special procedures that we must follow to ensure the safety of all customers and staff
- Masks must be worn at all times, except while seated at your table.
- All visits will be limited to two hours. We will not be able to allow people to wait for their tables, so we are asking that everyone enjoy the experience within two hours and then leave.
- State law prohibits tables of more than 10 people.
- If you need to make any changes to your reservation, please let us know prior to arriving at the restaurant.
- In the event of inclement weather we may not be able to accommodate anyone inside. Instead we will have to pack your food to take home with you.
- Restrooms will be held to strict distancing. You may have to wait in line at a safe distance to use the facilities.

Jonathan is the best server there! He was outstanding and made my son’s birthday dinner the best experience at his favorite restaurant. All the other wait staff were phenomenal as well as the valet & hostesses. Never disappointed with the food so overall fantastic!
Lunch meeting
They closed the kitchen and bar at 10:00 with out giving us notice. Very frustrating!

Great food!
Food was ok, but the service was terrible. Took over 40 minutes for the waiter to take our order, and that was because I had to ask if we could order our entrees. Food came out relatively fast, but the waiter just took way too long to check on us, or ask if we needed anything. It was my birthday dinner, and we’d planned to order dessert, but figured we’d be sitting another hour just waiting for it. So we ended up asking another employee for our check. We won’t be back!

I have been to Carmine’s many times and usually service is impeccable. This was not my experience on this occasion. Service was the worst I’ve ever had at a restaurant. The food was very good as usual. Not even the best tasting food can compensate for terrible service. We felt rushed through our meal, food was not described as I knew it to be. A drink was spilled on my designer hand bag. It took more than 5 minutes to get some e to come and clean up the spill.
excellent food , drinks and ambiance. Was a bit busy, which delayed our first round of cocktails. Ro, our waiter, was very courteous, professional and fun. Always enjoy our dinners at Carmines in Rosemont.

Great service, loved the seating arrangement. The Wagyu flank steak special left us a little disappointed, it was tough/chewy for something advertised as Wagyu.

C-19 protocols were in full effect. We were distant from others and the staff wore masks all the time. The other diners wore mask when not at their table.

Phil Gerardi once again provided my friends and I with a superb dining experience. I highly recommend this location.
Our waiter clocked out in the middle of our meal and did not transition our order to the new server. Over an hour transpired between the delivery of our appetizer - and the time our main meal arrived. Minutes before the kitchen closed (despite several queries about the whereabouts of our original server), the new waiter checked in with us and learned of the mistake. The food arrived as the lights in the restaurant brightened and the end of day cleaning process began.
Despite the obvious problem, the manager never bothered to check in with us - and the waiter did not discount the check as a courtesy. We have dined at this restaurant several times. The food is expensive - but the quality and service usually balance things out. With this experience, the meal was overpriced and not very satisfying. A big disappointment on all fronts.

Love Carmine's. Great food and drinks all around. The Patio is super cozy and the people watching is terrific. Love enjoying a meal at the bar on a Sunday afternoon.
Excellent food and service
Amazing as always
COVID friendly. Most important to highlight the service --- Our server, Victor was incredible. When he first greeted our table, we mentioned that we wanted to space things out and take our time, and he did just that! We never felt rushed and he never left us hanging for long periods of time. We will definitely ask to sit with him for future visits.
fantastic waygu beef. some of the best I've had. great presentation and I loved the ambience. We had a booth to ourselves which was very quiet so it was easy to have a great conversation with my date.

Celebrating my birthday
We absolutely LOVED our dinner at Carmine's! Food and service were excellent and they even gave us a little extra as we saw our daughter off to her Navy enlistment. 5 stars!!!

Excellent service. Very comfortable in dining area. Restraints who are trying to operate in Illinois should go to Carmines and see how they made their outdoor seating to comfort legal seating in Illinois.
