Complete with large fireplaces, impressive stonework, exposed wood beams and the traditional Italian fare to match, the new Carmine's is truly an experience for all of your senses. Stepping outside onto the 3,000 square foot patio reveals a striking outdoor pizza oven, kitchen, and massive cocktail bar.
In true Italian famiglia fashion, Carmine's also has private dining available for up to 50 to make sure you have enough space for your abudanza, wedding reception or any special occasion.
Carmine's Rosemont is a true Italian treat where you walk in as friends but you leave as family.

Lauren was the absolute best server in the world. Very nice woman and amazing food. HIGHLY recommend this restaurant.
Birthday lunch with friends. Ate outside on the patio.
Food and service were excellent. We enjoyed veal Marsala,
Calamari, veal Milanese and tiramisu for dessert.
Will definitely go back !!!
I made a reservation for Carmine's at Rosemont for my wife's birthday. Initially, I have dined at Rosebud in the Tri-Taylor neighborhood growing up in the 90's. Since I have had moderate experiences at Rosebud Tri_Tayor, I now live closer to the Carmines at Rosemont (so I decided to give it a chance). This will the last time I will ever dine at Carmine's at Rosemont (or in general). The "waiter" took at least 15 minutes to asks us for drinks. We sat by the bar and saw our drinks ready (it took another 15 minutes to receive them) and we were about 2 feet from the bar. There were people that were seated after us and who drinks and food was served before us. I usually have moderate expectations for Rosebud affiliated restaurant, but this experience was horrible. I order that lobster ravioli and they were served cold. I rather have gone to Olive Garden for 1/3 of the price (the food would of tasted better and the service excellent-compared to Carmines service). I had to flag down one of the managers to get the bill and just leave. I obtained the bill in minutes. Also, if I was only eating there with friends or alone, I would not really mind waiting (but it was for my wife's birthday. I rather celebrate somewhere where over $200.00 for good food and fair service (like a better know steakhouse) or pay less at a lower tier restaurant for humble service and decent food.
It’s one of my favorite restaurants but did not have a good experience that evening
Mother’s Day Dinner.
The food was excellent everyone was very friendly and the service tip notch!
Our serve was John. He was engaging and very attentive. He made our evening delightful. The manager Phil made sure all of our needs where met.
The food was perfectly prepared, in the ambience was perfect. Can’t wait to dine there again.
Waited 45 minutes for a table with a reservation, was told that they gave our table to someone else when I went to find out what was taking so long
Every item we ordered was delicious!!! Service was great too!
After being told that the specialty of the house (cacio e pepe) had run out, 3 of our 6 diners had ordered it, we had to hurriedly pick an alternate. In a few words, it was not good. While we were eating, a server wheeled up a cart to an adjacent table and began preparing the cacio e pepe! When we asked about it we were told that they really didn't run out but had too many requests for the tableside prep to handle, huh? We were offered a dessert as an apology and the manager never came by. My lasagna was not hot and , at $25.00 per order, should have been. This place is typical Rosedbud, an overpriced tourist trap. There are much better choices for Italian at more reasonable prices. Save your money!
Tables are way too close together. Staff could barely make it between to serve. When a table was finished with dinner and were leaving it disrupted all tables around them as they tried to make their way to the front.
The food was outstanding
Fabulous dining experience!! We had a great time.. had dinner with an ex=coworker that we catch up twice a year. Service was great!! Food was delicious... definitely would go back..Next time I will request the outdoor type room. It looks like a patio, but when it is cooler it is enclosed.
Two things I was impressed with were the venue and the valley attendant.. everything else was okay! Food, all though big portions, was okay.. and very pricey.. everything is a la carte so for example 30 dollars will buy you 2 chicken breast and no side... mehhh... server was fine, service was fast...
Venue is beautiful and new and the parking valley gentleman was excellent.. efficient, thoughtfull, took my carryoutbag and placed it in the backseat anticipating that my friend will ride in the passenger seat, but we drove separately.. either way very thoughtful.. its the small things that make a difference.
Great time for lunch today! We ordered two different kinds of calamari, had the fish special, noodles and chicken Vesuvio. Everything was outstanding! Our wait staff was fabulous too!
Great food and service as usual!
Welcome Carmine’s! Excellent service and food is outstanding as always. Jay, our waiter, did an outstanding job with our large group.
One suggestion is music is a bit loud, otherwise it was fantastic.
So happy they’ve open out in Rosemont and we don’t have to go all the way downtown to enjoy Carmine’s.
Carmine’s has great service, great food, great atmosphere.
Birthday and John was outstanding server
This was our first visit to this restaurant, the food was excellent as the waiter was friendly and helpful.
The service was absolutely impeccable! Even the managers were on the floor and very involved in the service and happiness of the patrons. I saw the staff set a table, check how fine it looked (including checking for water spots on the wine glasses). Our server was Dante. He was very informative and attentive.
I don’t think we will go back to Carmine’s.
The method of the waiters was odd and unsettling. It seemed like we had two waiters, but they didn’t appear to be working in concert. One would come by and ask if we needed anything or were ready to order, and then the other would come by a couple of minutes later to ask the same questions, seemingly unaware of the other waiter’s existence. It carried on like that throughout the dinner. It was funny, but also quite jarring. Maybe that’s their method, but it’s hard to imagine that this restaurant group would train their waitstaff that way.
The food was fine, and appropriately priced. But the ambiance- both the noise, the waitstaff, and the bright lights- was off-putting.
It was one of the strangest dining experiences my wife and I have had in a long time. The whole restaurant had kind of a Star Wars Bar feel. It was a total mind blow, front to back, and not in a “I can’t wait to come back” kind of way.
Service was outstanding and our waiter was passionate and Informed about the menu, he also was very diligent about swapping/rectifying items that did not come out up to standard.
Our only minor complaint is related to the above. At a restaurant that prices itself as a fine dining establishment, simple mistakes by the kitchen, ie forgetting dressing on a salad, extra onions, etc shouldn’t be an issue, but as stated above our server was fantastic in quickly resolving any issues.
Overall another great experience, will be back.
Great food and great service. Aladdin and his team took great care of us.
Great food, pleasant service. Enjoyed the evening with friends. Portions were very large, great salads and pastas.
Very good service. The food was tasty and plentiful and the ambiance good - a bit dark and a bit loud.
I must begin by saying I've been to rosebud restaurants about 3 or 4 times before and have never been impressed by the food. The bill is really impressive as I don't understand why it costs so much for macaroni that is edible at best. I usually go to a small place in the neighborhood and the gravy is so friggin good you want to eat the plate and tableware.
Great meal! Great service. However, we were packed in like sardines. Chairs got bumped often. Too bad, as otherwise, it was terrific meal.
Great ambience with a wonderful and spacious outdoor patio. Food is solid and was consistent throughout our table. It’s not the best food I’ve ever had but we were not disappointed. We’ll definitely visit Carmine’s again.
The food was excellent but our only complaint was the servers kept wanting to take our plates making us feel rushed. Prices are pretty high for pasta dishes.
Had a great time. Went there for Easter. There was 12 in our party and everything about the experience was great. From food to service.
Excellent Easter Brunch. Food and service were wonderful. It was so good we are now booking another event here.
The Easter brunch was fabulous. Going back for Mother’s Day.
Came to Carmines for Easter Brunch and it was amazing! The restaurant is beautiful, we sat outside on the patio and it couldn't have been nicer!
The staff were all fantastic and made everyone feel welcome and comfortable. The food was amazing, delicious selection of seafood, breakfast selections, carving stations and omelette bar! And the mimosas we fabulous also!
Thank you, we will definitely be back to sample the everyday menu!
Excellent food. Excellent service. Great experience. Great for groups.
Service and food was great and the managers are amazing as well.
Food was delicious and the wait staff was very attentive.
Excellent Service. Food was awesome. Pastas Fish appetizers outstanding. Our server was excellent. Manager came to table several times to ask if we needed anything.
Pricey but huge portions and outstanding quality.
From coming in the door to the dining experience it was perfect. Great food and excellent service.
We will be back
Wrong ambiance with such a classic Italian menu. According to our waitress, the owner "insisted" new hip hop and modern music be played. The food and service was excellent, just wish the music and ambiance matched the menu and food.
