I loved this restaurant it was awesome great food and atmosphere!
Dinner was good but anything extra you could tell the waiter wasn’t happy about it. Like on the entree no salt and steamed veggies.
I booked this restaurant for a birthday gathering, the waitress was so helpful, and everyone enjoyed their meal, I would definitely recommend this restaurant to a friend.
Everything was great about the restaurant- there was a few times though that waiters were blocking area's- like I was going to and from the bathroom, and each time near the entry area of the restrooms, there was about 4 maybe 5 standing around blocking the path...
Also side note- the outdoor area was very icy and not shovelled fully, we found parking and had to be EXTREMELY careful, walking over snow and icy mounds...
Otherwise all was fantastic!!!! Definately will be coming back :)
Great food. Chicago sized portions. Servers are professionals. I'd come back anytime
Our server was excellent.
Food amazing, great service, highly recommended
Overall nice experience for suburbs
Everything was excellent but do NOT valet. Valet service was the worst we've EVER experienced in all our years of dining out. We will return for the fabulous food and service of the restaurant but will park ourselves.
Great food and service would definitely recommend
The food was reasonably priced and absolutely delicious. I highly recommend the peppers and sausage and bolognese. Pasta was homemade and amazing. Dessert was good but a little too sweet for me. We will definitely be back.
Service was attentive and spot on. We ordered bruschetta and grilled calamari to start. Bruschetta was tasteless with large diced tomatoes on French bread topped with Parmesan, hearty but bland. Calamari was rolled served in a balsamic sauce which wasn’t described in the menu but not bad. Entrees were Veal Milanese and Salmon both were good but not exceptional for the price. After dinner coffee was served in Lavazzo cups but the flavor was weak. I expected a full robust cop of coffee but tasted like standard restaurant set I’ve blend. Service was amazing.
The food was delicious and the service impeccable. Will definitely be returning
Never disappoints and makes you feel special. It was a Friday afternoon and I took my wife to C's for her birthday. She loves the shrimp cocktail and the Filet Mignon Marsala but they didn't have either one on the lunch menu. However, when my wife said we know what we want but it isn't on the menu, our server Emily was unfazed and began to take our order without any hesitation. The four Colossal (not jumbo but bigger) shrimp came ice cold with ample horseradish on top of the ketchup. Trust me you won't need more than two shrimp each as it was probably a quarter pound in total. The chewy, crusty bread and butter are to die for. We ordered a bottle of their house white zin and it was ice cold and delicious (recommend copper ridge). Next our entree came and Emily asked if we wanted her to split it for us. She did a great job. The Filet melts in your mouth and is not tenderized. It is a true prime filet=10 oz. Marsala sauce was authentic with tons of sauteed fresh mushrooms. We ordered a side of sauteed fresh baby spinach that was a piece of heaven with slices of fresh garlic and butter/olive oil. For the $9 I think they could have provided a bit more but it was enough to satisfy us for sharing. My wife wiped her plate clean with the last piece of bread and trust us when we say there was nothing left but breadsticks when we were done. We were so stuffed we couldn't even think about dessert but we can't say enough about how great Carmine's is. This is our third time here and even though we live 55 miles away, this will forever be our favorite special spot. Our only complaint, if you will, is that we sat in a booth in the bar area and the doors to the patio were open and it was a bit too cold. It is after all January. SO be forewarned to bring a sweater or dress warmly. ENjoy!
Consistently excellent. Best eggplant parm anywhere
Had another great meal at Carmine’s!
Phil set us up with a great table and Frankie (new waiter) did a great job putting up with us!
We’ll be back !
Phil....you are so kind and welcoming. Thank you!
Food is beyond words delicious.
John is awesome. He makes our time there relaxing and enjoyable. Thanks for being so attentive and nice John!!!
Excellent service, and excellent food. Don't miss out on the egg plant stack that is under the appetizers..
wonderful and tasty app that is definitely big enough for a mean!
Excellent Sunday brunch selections and superb service
Food was cold took too long service was not great
Great food, great service! A bit too loud, no matter where you sit - so don't go if you want a quiet intimate evening or have someone in your party who has a hearing issue. Otherwise, a fantastic place!!
We were headed downtown for a show. We informed the waiter that we were in a slight rush. They were very accommodating. Great service and good food!
They seemed to be understaffed that night. Our waiter was very friendly and courteous but was way overworked. The food was delicious and we will definitely be back. The place is absolutely beautiful, quiet and brand new clean.
Large portions- easy to share. Delicious!
Server was terrible. Never got to order more then 1 drink. Had to make eye contact to get him to come over. Just disappointing.
New Year’s Eve dinner. Great food and good service. They were extremely busy but still made us feel welcomed, not rushed and we enjoyed friendly service and great food.
Excellent pre New Year’s Dinner. Not rushed and food was prepared well!
I would also warn them it is very pricey, 13.95 for a half dozen clams, don't get me wrong, they are the best I have ever had, but the price is exorbitant,
Our waiter was absolutely amazing, and so was the food!
Service was great, amazing atmosphere
Place was beautiful & food was excellent
One of our favorite places to entertain out of town guests.
Food was excellent, but service was awful. I am not saying that every server is poor, but our server was overwhelmed with a large table. Multiple tables around us who where seated after us placed their order and received their food well before us. Had to get our server attention to even place our order. Gave the server our credit card to pay our bill before we even got the check because it was taking so long. Never even saw a manager to voice concerns with the service. Told the hostess on the way out the food was great, but service was bad.
Leslie, the waitress, was fantastic. She met all our needs for a party of 12 with no issues.
Amazing! Great customer service and the food was very delicious. I would recommend it to my friends and I would go back in the future!! Thank you so much!
Great food and great service!
