   Great location being on the concourse of Manchester Piccadilly railway station. I had chicken in a cream and sage sauce which was very tasty but the sauce needed to be thicker. I didn’t take note that the kitchen in the restaurant closes at 9pm which meant the dessert course was rushed as we only sat down at 8pm. That was on me and, if I eat there again, would ensure and earlier sitting so that the pace of the meal would be better. Overall, good food and plenty of choices

   Standard of food good, up to usual Carluccios standard. Drinks seem to have increased by more than normal amount, expensive for a Peroni. Food prices acceptable. Service not up to standard of other Carluccio's restaurants. Long wait for menu and unfriendly staff - nothing specific, but didn't engage with me and no 'thnak you and goodnight' when leaving. Room for improvemnet here.

   Food and service very good as ever. But PLEASE do something about the plumbing. Two out of three loos have been out of action for weeks.....(we are frequent visitors, so we know). Nothing to do with lovely waiting staff; Carluccio's management need to get this sorted. This is a bu7sy restaurant at a main line station, so hygiene is super important, as it is everywhere, of course.

   Fab meal on the middle of Manchester Piccadilly station . The only negative was that we all wanted sea bass and there wasn’t any. But the second choice meals were great .

    As ever, service was brilliant, especially as they are seriously short-staffed. Food took a little longer for the same reason, but all was really good.

    Food was overall fantastic, although the lasagne was slightly underwhelming compared to the other courses we had. Staff were excellent accommodating for allergies.

    Very slow service (although nice staff). Food was decent but not as at other Carluccio locations tried before. Location disappointing (front picture misleading, it’s on the second floor of the train station…)

    To be fair, I hadn't realised it was in a train station when I booked it, but menu is very limited, service pleasant but slow and an Italian that doesn't do Pizza !! Kids menu is terrible too.

    Poor service, different servers repeatedly asking if we needed anything. Ordered lime and soda was given lime and sparkling water. Asked for it to be changed and was told that is what they are told to serve. Explained sparkling water is not soda, server did not return to table and we were left with sparkling water.

    The service in particular was outstanding. This lady is always brilliant at setting exactly the right tone, and being super-efficient. My colleague and I had a very pleasant 'eating experience' (i.e. meal :) ).

    I love Carluccios at Manchester Piccadilly Station. The staff are friendly but very efficient and the atmosphere is warm and pleasant. It’s a good place to eat if you are travelling by train or seeing someone off

    One of starters came with bread - we had been told that it didn't so had made a side order of bread, which on reflection we should have sent back. the starters themselves were good. My main was not hot enough so sent back. It didn't look so fresh when it came returned (a quick flash through the microwave?) It also turned out to be very disappointing anyway - really bland and wodgy. Couldn't finish. One of the wines on list that we requested was not available.

    Upon walking in and telling the first staff member we had a booking and gave our name he looked at us blankly for a while and then got another staff member. After getting seated and putting our food order in we waited 20 mins only for the waitress to come over and say there had been a mix up in the kitchen and that the order wasn’t put through. Another 15 mins later the garlic “focaccia” came mostly burnt and not at all like a standard focaccia. When the mains eventually came the lasagne was barely warm, the other was adequately warm but not piping and the mushroom risotto was similar. For a quiet restaurant of maybe only about 6 tables needing service the overall experience was diabolically poor and I would rather recommend Burger King over Carluccios at Piccadilly station.

    We were on our lunch break from work. I explained to your team this and could we be in and out with one course in 45 mins. The team were really happy to accommodate and we had such a nice lunch - food was lovely, attentive staff and didnt feel rushed or compromised in quality at all - thanks so much for helping us have our first team lunch together in 2 years :-)

    Wouldn’t recommend at all, we came here to celebrate, got there to be told calamari wasn’t available which I was looking forward to having, we ordered drinks, my boyfriend who only drinks cider was then told there was no cider left and it went out of stock during the day? If this is the case then have several other cider options, so he ordered a peroni which was disgusting and flat. We payed £20 for a tiny, tasteless steak. Not to mention your toilets were absolutely disgusting, during a pandemic and they were of such a state? Not acceptable. Don’t even bother wasting your time going here, just another over priced and over rated Italian that is nothing like real Italian food. 0 out of 5 stars. The only good thing was the staff were friendly.

    Lovely food in very nice surroundings. If you are having a meal here before catching a train make sure you leave plenty of time. It took rather a long time for our food to come out.

    Service was brilliant the 2 ladies on duty were very polite friendly and professional . Service was fast and food was lovely can’t complain . The only reason I marked down slightly for value was that many places have offers or deals on for January as it’s usually a quiet time and I thought there may be one of these but there wasn’t . Only a small observation as other than that was great .

    Went there after going to yr Beverley branch This is even better Lovely atmosphere friendly approachable staff Food was outstanding!!! The waitress that served us a young dark haired lady maybe aged about 20-25 is a fantastic asset to your team Well done carrlucios Fantastic meal once again

    This was an unusual month when the C19 new variant O was rampant - few diners most with suitcases as this is airport link station. But apart from the feeling of being in the Marie Celeste very pleasant

    Having been to this restaurant a number of times before during our travels over the years, we knew that we would not be disappointed when we arranged to meet up with my sister for our pre Christmas visit. We were not disappointed at all. The food was excellent we all said and where we sat in the half moon soft seating area pluss the atmosphere made for a thoroughly enjoyable and relaxing couple of hours. Thank you all for making our visit thoroughly enjoyable. 5 stars at least.

    Our waiter was helpful and efficient and food service was good. He worked hard as the restaurant was obviously short staffed. Unfortunately, my pre booked table for 6 people was mistakenly given to a party of 3 just before I arrived and we needed to wait for a table to be ready. This resulted in us being seated near the door , in a draught. It would be helpful, if staff could check that names and table bookings match.

    Varied and tasty menu using fresh ingredients so was very enjoyable. This restaurant is above the busy concourse at Piccadilly Station but still manages to be comfortable and provide a pleasant surroundings. The food and wine deli at the restaurant is an added bonus.
