    The service was poor. Two of the mains were cold. The table was dirty on arrival. I usually love carluccio's but never again.

    We were a party of 6. Food arrived to our table cold and looked like it had been cooked for some time or left under a heat lamp. Pasta was dry looking and not glossy and hot as we would have expected a fresh plate of pasta to look. The beef Ragu was all olives and sauce and very little beef! 5 of the 6 pasta dishes had to be sent back. The replacement dishes arrived warmer at least. We were all hungry at that stage! They did apply a discount to our bill. Overall a disappointing experience.

    Antipasto board was all bread, about 4 slices of meat , no cheese , except for a ring blob of mozzarella. Poor. My pizza was raw, having asked for it to be extra crispy and had about a 5cm crust , with small amount of ‘filling in centre. My wife’s pasta was watery and tasteless. Both mains were taken of the bill. Our waiter was excellent under the circumstances.

    Second time coming here and would highly recommend. Food was deliah, service was fast ans stadd were very friendly. Will definitely be back 😀
