They have got to do something about the greeters. The first people you see when you enter. They are not friendly or cheerful or helpful. They act like they would rather be anywhere else. Sad first impression. And they seated us between the only occupied tables even though the rest of the place was empty. The noise level was high.Food was great. So, a highly qualified recommendation.

I took 7 good friends to try Carlucci Chicago and we had the most amazing time celebrating our friendship over gourmet food! Our server Bryan is attentive and welcoming. He took care of this big table with ease and professionalism. Bryan is also a very good bartender. He mixed our bourbons perfectly!

Excellent food, I liked the range of items on the menu, good options beyond pasta. And nice atmosphere in the bar area. The lentil soup special was very good, the server told me it was small and it was a much larger portion than expected. And the octopus was also very good (although should be served on a smaller plate), the two items were are great combo.

Happy to see them in the neighborhood. Bone in steaks were way too salty for our 2 guests, but hope they will improve.

Letting us know while you're dining, lets us fix the issue, oftentimes, within seconds. Sometimes people don't let us know or say "We didn't want to make a scene in front of our other guests". If you don't mention it/don't want to mention it, it's too late. I promise we don't bite. We will lose sleep when we know a guest has left unhappy.

Outstanding dining experience! Great setting for a family dinner after the theater. George and Jose provided spot-on service the pace of which was absolutely perfect. Food was delicious: appetizers: Arancini, Polpette, amazing Burrata, main courses: Bobonato (one of the best pasta entrees I've ever had), Manzo, Risotto, Gnocchi, Chicken Parm, desert: Tiramisu & various Gelatos. Gotta try the "Jenny, Just Stop!" margarita - fresh with just the right amount of kick! Wine selections were excellent! Every part of it was exactly what we were hoping for; we'll definitely be back.

Outstanding branzino! Also get the pork! You won’t regret it. Service was great (we were there on a Tuesday night so I’m not judging on a busy weekend basis. Probably will be packed with tourists in high season so plan accordingly. Wine, beer, and liquor selection was very good. Really great experience!

Sunday brunch from 11-2 was great. I ordered a bloody mary, not spicy, and was pleasantly surprised. It was delicious and you could tell by looking at it that it was homemade mix! The garnish was also great. I ordered the chicken cacciatore hash and wasn't disappointed with the amount of food or the level of flavor. I look forward to returning for another Sunday brunch to try something new!
