They definitely need a remodel! The booths are dirty and old to the point you feel like you are sitting way below the table. The waitstaff was very nice and the food was ok.

This place is a MUST visit every time we go to Vegas. The Margaritas are the best and the Gummy Bear shot is lethal in the best way possible. Food was great.

It was a fun atmosphere to celebrate a 40th Birthday! The balloon maker was a huge hit amongst our group! Margaritas were delicious and the salsa here is sooooo goooood!

Nice people, food ok ( good, not great ) portions were good. Server was nice. But, we sat down with our Caesars Diamond+ card on the table. He saw it. We ordered. When the bill came and we said we were paying our REWARDS POINTS, we were pretty upset to find out that we had to pay DOUBLE Points!!! :( :( We will never go back there and wish we would have known up front. We don't appreciate paying $88 for 2 burritos. SAD

OMG what a great place. The servers/staff are awesome and professional. The food was crazy good and so much, couldn't eat it all but it was awesome. We had chips/salsa, steak and chicken quesadillas, again, so good. A must go to when in Vegas.

If you’re from NM and enjoy red & green chile, this is really close to the real thing. The flavor was yummy and portions were abundant. We ate breakfast twice and dinner. All were good.

I made a reservation for breakfast for 3. It took some time to get our server and only got silverware. Then asked for our drinks and gave them to us without any sugar or cream. We had to ask the hostess that sits people for some. Then we ordered and we got our order; the eggs were cold, the potatoes a bit more brown than they should be and the bacon was burned on the sides. The food was ok but not terrific.

Large portions - come hungry! Dessert: the menu calls it an "Awesome Brownie" but doesn't say anything about it being a brownie sundae. Yimmy, but huge!

We came here for dinner the night before our wedding and made a reservation for 14 people. The service was fabulous, the food was a hit, and they handled our large party wonderfully! They even had a woman making balloon hats which the kids in our party loved, and a photographer there to capture the moment. Our staff was incredibly attentive and professional. Highly recommend making a reservation here for any reason but especially a special occasion!

We had a reservation and got seated right away. I ordered a couple margaritas. I didn’t care for them- I thought I could drink tequila but it didn’t sit right. Our waitress suggested I get something else that I like and took them off the bill without me asking. Great service! We ordered the table side guacamole and the guy who made it talked to us the whole time about all the different locations he has worked at for the company. He was very nice!

Jessica was our server and she was such a delight, very friendly, conversed with the group, made recommendations. Everyone in our group - 6 GF's from Midland, Texas, thoroughly enjoyed her waiting on us. Jessica recommended the "super" appetizer platter with ribs, flautas, quesadillas, and french fries--and those french fries are the BOMB!! Glad we had a LOT of them!! :) The 6 GF's had previously dined at Carlos N' Charlies back in 2019 and everyone voted to return on this trip. It is just a "FUN" place to dine and the food and margaritas and wonderful. :) Great, fun dining experience.

We loved this casual little place with a Mexican beach atmosphere. Super friendly service, awesome music, great food. We had the very delicious street corn, veggie bowl, and carnitas tacos along with a couple of beers. Really enjoyed it. Thanks!

Service was extremely slow. Food took over an hour and arrived cold. We were forced to sit next to a table who repeatedly took chairs from other dinners even after being asked to stop by management. Overall horrible experience.

The service was great, the servers and bar tenders were very friendly and attentive. The food was ok. I had the Charlie's bowl, which was good, but a little dry. My husband had the enchiladas, which were not very good, the tortillas were hard.

This place was THE BOMB. I was a little worried because of all the mixed reviews but seriously it was great. We were late for our reservation and they couldn’t have been nicer about it and they managed to still accommodate us. Our waiter was sweet and attentive. There were six of us and we ordered chips with salsa and guac plus some street corn. We did add a little salt to the guac and salsa because the chips weren’t salty but that was it. The flavors were great and it was so fresh. The street corn so was so good I ordered a second one to go so I could have it the next day. Been a really long time since I’ve had street corn that good. Kinda wanted to ask for the recipe! Then we all got different entrees - taquitos, enchiladas, burrito, chimichanga, quesadilla, and a burger. Every single person at the table said their food was great and we were even reminiscing about how good it was the next day. Only negative I heard was that certain margaritas were too sour. But other ones people liked and my daiquiri was great. Didn’t get dessert but enjoyed what we had. Would definitely go again next time I’m in town!!

Over-priced, poor quality Mexican food. They took Taco Bell and increased the cost ten-fold.

The chilaquiles was underwhelming, consisting of chips, sauce and egg. Most places will have an additional protein included (pork belly or beans or bacon), radish.... The atmosphere was fun and upbeat. The staff were all friendly and attentive. Husband's waffle was floppy, no crisp at all. (not a euphemism) He asked for it to be well done hoping for some sort of texture and received a pale, anemic, floppy vessel for syrup.
