At Caribou the surroundings are comfortable and the focus is contemporary cuisine of exceptional quality. Signature dishes created by our Chef include certified Angus tenderloin, cedar plank salmon, black and blue ahi tuna and wood oven pizzas. Our desserts are prepared in-house by our pastry chef. We feature an extensive wine list with numerous vintage wines as well as over 30 wines by the glass.
Caribou Restaurant + Wine Bar opened in November of 1999. The menu has been developed over many years of visiting restaurants all over North America and the world. Options represent Italian, Asian, Cuban or any other styles of new and exciting cuisine.
Caribou has been listed in "Where to Eat in Canada" for several years running and the wine list has earned the "Wine Spectator Award of Excellence" every year since 2002.

    The food and service were fabulous. Noise level made conversation somewhat difficult. Restaurant was very busy. Overall great value for there set menu

    We went for the Trattoria menu and the food was outstanding. James our server was beyond expectations. It was not our first meal at Caribou and will definitely not be our last.

    Absolutely delicious food as always!! And Danica (spelling?) was an awesome waitress, it was quite loud but it was a Friday evening so that’s to be expected, and the service and food made it all worth it!!

    Have not been here in many years. However, they had a limited time Italian Prix Fixe menu dinner. Food was well done and substantial. Portions were excellent. Good wine list but we brought our own wine. Corkage fee is $30. Service was excellent and attentive. Food is always good at Caribou. However, tables are very close together and if busy, can feel very claustrophobic and always noisy, making table conversation challenging. I also feel their corkage to be high.

    We both had the 4 course menu and the flat iron steak main. Every course was perfect. The steak and beans were delicious. The meal was very well priced given the quality. Service was great our waitress Sara was really nice. It was my birthday and the glasses of bubbly a nice touch.

    Wife and I got the all inclusive 3 course meals. She had the tagliatelle, Caesar, and profiteroles…I had the tossed salad, flank steak, and chocolate mousse. Everything was great including the bread and olive oil. Highly recommend!
