At Caribou the surroundings are comfortable and the focus is contemporary cuisine of exceptional quality. Signature dishes created by our Chef include certified Angus tenderloin, cedar plank salmon, black and blue ahi tuna and wood oven pizzas. Our desserts are prepared in-house by our pastry chef. We feature an extensive wine list with numerous vintage wines as well as over 30 wines by the glass.
Caribou Restaurant + Wine Bar opened in November of 1999. The menu has been developed over many years of visiting restaurants all over North America and the world. Options represent Italian, Asian, Cuban or any other styles of new and exciting cuisine.
Caribou has been listed in "Where to Eat in Canada" for several years running and the wine list has earned the "Wine Spectator Award of Excellence" every year since 2002.

Dinner was nice Noise level was not energetic but very loud and distracting and many tables conversations can be heard Definitely not the place to bring children under 4 years of age that still scream Acoustic renovation is needed or install higher table dividers Our waitress was amazing !

Madison was our server and she was phenomenal. Perfect amount of attention to the table, extremely personable and obviously cares about what she does. Some of the best service in this city in a long time. Thank you for a great experience!

Our food was amazing, don't let the price scare you away it is well worth it! And our server was phenomenal! We had bar seating and usually we don't enjoy that but in this case it was great, we were the only ones at the bar by chance and each slot has lots of space regardless!

Thoroughly enjoy our dinners at the Caribou which are excellent. Food comes out hot, most important . Service is attentive and pleasant. It’s just the noise level is over the top. Obviously it’s people having a good time. It’s hard to fault with that.

Our dinner this evening was amazing! Our server Chris was exceptional. Unfortunately we picked a bad night to go being Mother’s Day. There were so many children and it was very noisy. Was impossible to carry on a conversation. Will definitely try it another evening.
