At Caribou the surroundings are comfortable and the focus is contemporary cuisine of exceptional quality. Signature dishes created by our Chef include certified Angus tenderloin, cedar plank salmon, black and blue ahi tuna and wood oven pizzas. Our desserts are prepared in-house by our pastry chef. We feature an extensive wine list with numerous vintage wines as well as over 30 wines by the glass.
Caribou Restaurant + Wine Bar opened in November of 1999. The menu has been developed over many years of visiting restaurants all over North America and the world. Options represent Italian, Asian, Cuban or any other styles of new and exciting cuisine.
Caribou has been listed in "Where to Eat in Canada" for several years running and the wine list has earned the "Wine Spectator Award of Excellence" every year since 2002.

    Excellent meal, our waitress Madison was lovely. Very attentive, great sense of humor, checked in frequently to make sure the meal was OK and to see if we needed anything else. Everyone at our table remarked, it is so important to have a good waiter/waitress, it really adds to an evening out. All our meals were delicious . Thanks for a great evening out with good friends..

    I really enjoyed my Piri Piri chicken, and they made a last minute reservation adjustment to include 6, they were booked up. I highly recommend Caribou, one of the best restaurants I’ve eaten at post covid.

    First time out with my spouse in too long. We booked a table online. Everything went very well. Our server was very professional. The dishes we chose were everything we could ask for. While debating which pasta to order, our server recommended one specific dish. Very much appreciated her opinion, and agreed with same.

    It was a nice nite Our waitress at the bar was good she was attentive and delivered our meals hot. Only thing was the noise level in the restaurant is alway high and probably because of the low ceiling ? Too bad they could add some noise reduction to the place. Kim Crawford wine was 17.00 a glass Almost same price as a bottle lol. But overall a nice place to eat. And can’t wait to try their pizza deals again Salad pizza and dessert for 25.00. Take out only I think

    Food and service was great but the table set up could use some work:l. Tables too close together and could use a modern update as well. I enjoyed the chicken Gorgonzola special and my partner had the blacken pork chop which were delightful. We had the crab cakes to start, pricey for what you get. Only 2 small crab cakes for $22. Bread dish cost extra. Would go again. Hoping for a modernized caribou in the future.

    Donny and Alex (in training) were spectacular. Extremely good service. Recommendations, timing all of it. Food was wonderful. Super personable and kind, knowledgeable and enjoyable. The custard desert wasn’t my favorite but it wasn’t the deserts fault. Just a bit too sweet. I haven’t been since the pandemic but this experience was even better than the last. Not inexpensive but exceeded expectations! Will be back for our next date night. Thank you!

    The appetizers were excellent, the 3 of the 4 main dishes. ( 2 sirloins and one osso bucco ) were not tender at all. The other fillet was very good. Definitely not worth the $$ spent. Regards

    We always have outstanding service that's why we chose to go there. My experience was not the best tonight. Still left a great tip over 20%. She forgot my drink well in to my dinner which was over a hour. I ordered a drink, when we arrived, she brought the wrong one, I asked for the correct drink, we ordered apps, ate those, ordered dinner, & ate half until my husband asked her if I am ever going to get my drink that I ordered. She was not on the ball tonight. We made a joke next time we will just go to the bar and order our own drinks and bring them to the table. Usually our bill is $100 more than it was last night, but we cn get it that high, as drinks were none existent. I did not have a drink all day and was looking forward to going for drinks and dinner last night. Hubby ordered a Coffee Cocktial after dinner last night and that took forever to arrive. I am not sure if it was the server or bartender. However, we will be back to spend more money, because dinner was amazing. Thanks to the Chef's & Cooks. We never had a bad experience at Caribou until last night. Everyone has off nights, it got to the point where it just became comical, and we laughed about it.

    I found that our server was more attentive to other tables (maybe with higher bills and higher potential tips). She wasn’t terrible, but just did her job. Not very engaging. Food was good, but my mom had to send her meal back because it wasn’t hot. The food took a long time to come out, but worth the wait because the salmon was outstanding! Would definitely go back and recommend to family & friends!!

    Caribou is our favourite restaurant. Their service is fantastic, the food is excellent and in my husband's words, there is no better steak in town. We love the Butterscotch Budino as a small treat after our dinner. They also treated my husband to his dessert as his birthday was on Christmas Day and we visited three days later. Much appreciated! Overall an excellent meal every time.

    Consistently good no matter what you order. The menu is rarely the same, and I've yet to have a disappointing meal. It does get quite loud when at capacity as there's no sound absorption on the walls. The trade off is beautiful art on the walls.
