We dined at Caribbean Fish Market several times over the last month while we were in St. Thomas. Brunch and dinner, including a special Thanksgiving dinner, were excellent. All of the personnel were very friendly and professional. Special shou-outs to Lindy, the Happy Hour bartender, and Rena, who was our server the last two times we dined here.

Overall, it was outstanding! The only drawback was the lesser expensive wines we wanted were "out of stock" so we went with the pricier choice. We were 6 people and we spent $700 USD. (2 bottles of Conundrum, 3 appetizers, 9 cocktails, and 6 main courses) It was our last night in St. Thomas on a family vacation and we definitely splurged; we were not disappointed. The food and service were awesome.

Went on Thanksgiving and they had a turkey dinner but we opted for the steak and seafood dishes which were outstanding. Are on the covered patio. Gorgeous view and great atmosphere with tiki torches.

The buttery sea bass and the seared wahoo were equally delicious. Our server was kind, professional, and offered great suggestions . We finished our meal with the sublime orange cheesecake.

Sunday Brunch at the Caribbean Fish Market is the perfect way to start the week. This visit our food was excellent as usual;, my go to Eggs Benedict were perfect, eggs just the right amount of runny. My husband choose the omelet so we could share a little of each - it’s a hard decision which is best! Each meal came with a side of potatoes and fruit - more than I could finish. My only disappointment this trip was the waiter probably had more tables than he could handle. My bottomless Mimosa became one glass as he never came back to offer more and never checked on us after the food arrived leaving us to hunt for butter and jelly from other tables.

This is thr best fine dining establishment on the island by far. Can’t beat the location right on the beach. The food is always top notch. I travel for a living and have eaten at some great restaurants all over the US and London and this is right up there with some of the best. Its always on our list when we are on St Thomas.

The best food and service we’ve had on this trip. Got the Brie and Pear flatbread for a starter. It is HUGE. Could have been a meal. Tasted great. We both got the sea bass for our main meal. It was perfect. The flavor and texture were amazing. Our waiter was kind and and funny. Loved the entire experience.

It was our anniversary so we were really hoping for something extra special. The Caribbean Fish Market really knocked out of the park. Kind of pricey but the food was amazing. Everyone there was so helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend it.

We have been coming to St Thomas 13 years and we ALWAYS dine at CFM! The menu is fabulous! The kitchen puts out unique items. I'm stuck on the Wahoo or Grouper but you won't be disappointed no matter what you order! The eggplant fries and calamari appetizers are stellar!

I had the sea bass and it was amazing! My husband had wahoo and was good too. Nice portions. Sprouts as app were yummy & spicy. Only downer — I wanted a specialty cocktail but they were missing one ingredient, so I settled for wine. Service was great. Enjoyed our time and right on the water !

The appetizers were delicious and very filling. Consequentially, I had a second appetizer rather than an entree and my wife had a salad rather than an entree. Service was very good with the waiter responding, “I can do that.” to every request and doing whatever quickly and efficiently.

By far the best restaurant on the island. Seabass was insanely good- wish we went here earlier in our trip we would have been back 5 times. I will be dreaming of the coconut cake!!!! The ambassador was our server and absolutely killed it!

We ate here three times for dinner and once for brunch while on our trip. They have the best selection of fish and best ambience with their beach view of any restaurant in or near Red Hook. Brunch was outstanding. I enjoyed the preparation of the Wahoo for dinner. The octopus appetizer wasn’t anything special but the lobster bisque was top notch. It’s pricey, but no more so than comparable places on the island.

I simply don't understand the great reviews. We ate here on the night of our arrival. The location and ambiance beautiful but the food and service not so much. I had a whole grilled snapper m, which I've had many times in our travels. I'm not sure how you make a whole snapper dry and tasteless but they managed. The ahi tuna tacos - while there was a lot of tuna, the tuna was sort of room temperature to warm, the wasabi sauce so hot (and I like wasabi and hot food) was just too hot to be enjoyable. The drinks were ok. My husband ordered the pork chop and he said it was ok, much better than my snapper. The next day, our concierge asked if we needed dinner reservations. In the course of the conversation, we told her of our experience. She confirmed that it used to be great but the latest reports are poor and she is no longer recommending it. I can second that and not sure what the good reviewers were eating
