Ever wondered about finding that secret spot, hidden from the crawling tourist crowds, where everything is home-made and the attention to detail is maniac?
Carducci's One was born from Bonifacio's love and passion for food and is open to a lucky few. The restaurant which is closed to the public and works only on reservations, is hidden within the walls of his family run pluri-prized Bed & Breakfast. The dining room, which was a former Turkish Hammam, has only three tables and can accommodate up to a maximum of eight people (six in the main room and two outside on the terrace).
The restaurant offers a strictly home-made set menù of Roman dishes cooked according to tradition, in possibly Florence’s most intimate spot. Every dish is prepared with the very best ingredients Italy has to offer, most of the pasta and all desserts are made in-house.
Bonifacio Takes care of everything, from sourcing the raw material, to cooking, serving, and entertaining.
